The khinkali were awful and tasteless. thick dough. terrible service.!!!
A terrible restaurant with awful service. The restaurant manager was the biggest disappointment — absolutely unprofessional. Instead of solving problems and talking to dissatisfied customers, he was parading around in his suit like a peacock, completely ignoring us. As a specialist, he is worth nothing. He didn’t even bother to approach our table or speak to us.
We ordered khinkali and specifically asked beforehand if they were made with thin dough. In the end, the khinkali came with thick, bland, and unsalted dough — impossible to eat. The food was disgusting.
The only person who tried to save the situation was an 18-year-old waiter, Luka, who was doing the manager’s job better than the actual manager, Dato (as he was called). The manager himself was even afraid to state his own name.
In any respectable restaurant, the rule is simple: the customer is always right. If a dish is not acceptable, it should be replaced according to the guest’s request. Unfortunately, this manager has absolutely no management or service skills.

Read more10/10 for atmosphere. Cool old building. Loved the candles. Very cute to sit in the window with our drinks. Cocktails were great. (I’m also a cocktail bartender so probably more qualified than most to comment). Best I’ve had so far in Tbilisi. Would maybe be good to have the waiter knowing a little more about the drinks he serving (I read the menu and selected my drink only to be warned it was very sweet. I was fairly certain It wouldn’t be as it sounded like someone had carefully selected the ingredients for it to be well balanced. I decided to risk it against his advice. Thank god I did because the drink was a delightful balance of sweet, tart, smoky & bitter). The food was good. Enjoyable but not as amazing as the drinks. I will be back but next time I’ll probably just have drinks and snacks.
Forgot to mention - we had the Smoke & Oak...
Read moreWe were staying at a nearby hotel and happened to spot this bar – so glad we did! The balcony seating first caught our eye, and once we stepped inside, we were even more impressed. The atmosphere is fantastic – stylish yet cozy, with great lighting and just the right music to set the mood.
Truly 5 stars for service, ambiance, and cocktails. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly know their craft. They offered spot-on drink suggestions tailored to our preferences. The attention to detail in both presentation and hospitality is next level.
The building itself is beautiful and adds to the whole experience. Not sure how it could get much better, honestly. A perfect spot to unwind. I’d absolutely recommend it – and we’ll...
