"Absolutely exceptional pizza place! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the enticing aroma of freshly prepared ingredients that promise a delightful culinary experience. The emphasis on freshness is truly remarkable, with each bite bursting with vibrant flavors that can only come from top-notch, organic ingredients. The dedication to using no GMO food deserves high praise, ensuring not just tasty, but also healthy meals.

What sets this place apart is not just the food but the outstanding customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and cater to your every need with a warm smile. The cozy ambiance adds a touch of comfort to your dining experience, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal with friends and family.

Furthermore, the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you receive. You'll leave completely satisfied without breaking the bank. Overall, this pizza place is a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it gets and more. A true culinary delight that exceeds expectations in every way!"

"It's truly disheartening to see individuals leaving one or two-star reviews for this pizza place. These negative reviews often seem unjustified and lack the appreciation for the efforts put into maintaining top-notch quality. It's evident that some people fail to recognize the value of using fresh, organic ingredients and the extra care taken to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Critics giving low ratings miss out on acknowledging the amazing customer service provided by the staff who work tirelessly to create a welcoming environment for all patrons. The ignorance towards the importance of offering GMO-free options and the cozy ambiance only shows a lack of understanding and appreciation for good food and hospitality.

It's unfortunate that some individuals focus solely on their personal preferences or minor inconveniences, overlooking the bigger picture of what this pizza place has to offer. One or two-star reviews fail to capture the true essence of this establishment and do a disservice to those seeking genuine feedback. Let's appreciate the dedication to excellence and support businesses that strive to deliver exceptional quality...

Not a great experience here unfortunately. The pizza was fine, but the customer service was poor. When I walked in the two staff were busy packaging up 3 takeaway pizzas. They were still in the oven and they were putting out the boxes when I got there. There was barely any acknowledgement of my presence, and no attempt to ask what I would like, or ask me to please wait a moment. So I stood there awkwardly, not wanting to interrupt their work. Finally, after they had got the pizzas out of the oven and cut them up, the girl asked 'did you order'? And I said no, I just walked in. I waited longer while they grated parmesan and did other things. Still no attempt to take my order. Two others came in and the staff member looked like they were taking their order. I decided to leave, and saw the staff laughing at this. So I came back and said that I'd been waiting 5 minutes without being able to order, and could I order (I was hungry, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered). She said she'd asked me to order earlier, but I'm sure she said "did you order" - she claimed she had said "will you order?". Anyway it was not at all clear that she was inviting me to order - I felt like I was not being asked to place an order and not really that welcome. No apology for the 'misunderstanding' either. Perhaps this person assumed I was Russian, which I'm not, but anyway it was rude and just not really cool at all. So if I go back I'll check who is working first. I don't usually leave such a long review but this was not a...

I was really looking forward to trying the pizza at Farina in Tbilisi, as I had heard so much about it. However, my experience was far from what I expected. Many guests, including myself, were confused by the working hours. The entrance indicated certain hours, while their Instagram page mentioned that they open from 12 pm. To my dismay, when I arrived at 2 pm, the place was closed.

What added to the frustration was the interaction with the staff. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but the way the staff handled the situation was not polite at all. They simply said it was closed without any explanation or apology. I was taken aback by the lack of courtesy. It's essential to have respect and use polite words, especially when you are in the service industry.

I really hope that this denial of service was not based on nationality or any other discriminatory reason. That would be very disheartening. It's a pity that I never got to try the pizza here, but the first impression has already left a sour taste.

I hope Farina takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service. It's not just about the food; the way you treat your customers is...

I had an amazing experience at Farina in Tbilisi! Their pizzas are truly special because the dough is rested for 48 hours before baking. This slow fermentation makes the base light, flavorful, and easy to digest. The best part is the perfect balance of salt in the dough. It was not too much, not too little. The right salt level enhances the texture, brings out the natural taste of the flour, and makes every bite more enjoyable. The menu is carefully selected, with many different and creative pizzas to try. Prices are also very reasonable, which makes the experience even better. We were a group of 10 people and ordered 8 pizzas and all of us were completely full. The sizes are generous, and the quality is consistent from start to finish. Staff speak English too! If you are in Tbilisi and love pizza, Farina is a must-visit!

We happened to visit Farina in a fluke for a “quick bite” after already having had dinner at another place and I’m so glad we did! It’s such a cozy little place with great music and greater food! We had half and half of the Pepperoni + Margherita pizza and a brownie - each of those were better than the other. So fresh, so yum, so light and so wholesome; all at once ❤️ The guys at the outlet were so warm and friendly, Nini was so nice to talk to with, she recommended us the right beer per our taste, so genuine and so kind! We hardly ever visit a place twice on a holiday, wanting to explore much as we can, but we came back to Farina the next day only because of how amazing our experience was. Needless to say, much much muuuuch recommended ❤️
