Ambience Hostel — Hotel in Tbilisi

Stay away from this crazy place . It’s really dangerous on anyone health. Bed bugs are literally everywhere and after they knew ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️about this and they already know because ive seen comments recently and the are since more than a month . The rude woman who is cleaning and managing there acted like she is surprised. And some guy was literally explaining to her how to clean the place and it was like a new informations for her. The crazy thing is that they are still renting it. My body is full of bites ...

Although we weren’t able to stay at the hostel as originally planned due to some issues with the airlines and flight disruptions caused by the conflicts in the region, the staff was extremely attentive, understanding, and helped us handle the reservation with great kindness. We want to highlight how professional and empathetic they were at all times. We hope that once the situation is resolved, we’ll be able to return to Tbilisi and stay with them as we had initially planned. Thank you so much...

I stayed for 10 days in a private room. It was quiet and comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, and the location was perfect for exploring Tbilisi.
