Fantastic Chinese Cuisine in Tbilisi! I had a wonderful experience dining at Picasso Chinese Restaurant in Tbilisi. We ordered the seafood soup, fried pork Hong Kong style, and royal fried rice, and each dish exceeded expectations. The seafood soup was rich and flavorful, with fresh ingredients that made every spoonful satisfying. The fried pork Hong Kong style was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated with a delicious sauce. The royal fried rice was packed with ingredients, beautifully seasoned, and a great complement to the meal.If you’re in Tbilisi and looking for authentic Chinese cuisine, Picasso is definitely worth visiting!

I was at this restaurant last night and I’ve been treating a serious case of food poisoning, I started throwing up one hour after the meal and ended up vomiting all night till this morning and I’m still not feeling well. I suspect it’s the sea food rice. They need to worry about customer’s hygiene and pay close attention to the process that goes into preparing their meals.

The best Chinese restaurant in Tbilisi and also their amazing branch in the old city (Picasso in Seidabadi) - absolutely amazing ! Very high quality , huge assortment of dishes , very delicious , reasonable prices , very welcoming staff and great location ! We had beef and lamb dishes and they were really great ! Highly recommended

Caught staff member adding tips saying it was extra service charge.

Bill was 224 lari but he Presented his phone and said "sorry need to add service charge" added 25%.

I didn't notice straight away until I was finishing my beer and thinking it over.

Confronted staff, I was right and they refunded me the 50lari he scammed me for and laughed it off.

How many other people they do this to??

Check your receipts... obviously scamming daily.

Server: all black outfit, slip back hair... Didn't...
