Acropolis Heart — Hotel in Athens

Thanks for the worst experience in Athens. They canceled the reservation I made through the Agoda website at the last minute. Moreover, by lying that there is a plumbing problem. The main reason they canceled was because they accidentally posted a lower fee on the site and then they offered me to pay 8 times more. They are not professional at all and put us in a very difficult situation. Moreover, we asked them to help since it was a very late hour. Guess what they did? They turned off their phones. It's a very unprofessional and disgraceful business....

This propert is the worst to business. They are so amateur and can cancel your reservation without saying anything. Just stay away. You may find different and much more professional hotels...

Ιδανική τοποθεσία. Φιλική και ευγενική πάντα πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει η ιδιοκτήτρια. Άνετο διαμέρισμα για 4 (ίσως και 5) άτομα. Δεν στερείται τίποτα το διαμέρισμα, για χρήση είτε χειμώνα είτε καλοκαίρι. Έχει ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος όσες μέρες και να μείνει. Ένα γλυκό καλωσόρισμα πάντα μας περιμένει να κάνει την έναρξη της διαμονής πιο φιλική κι ευχάριστη. Έχω μείνει 2 φορές και δεν το αλλάζω με τίποτα!!! Ανυπομονώ να ξαναέρθω! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα!!!! Υπόσχομαι πρώτα στην οικογένειά μου (5μελη), αλλά και σε σας ότι σύντομα θα μας...
