From the moment I booked, the team at Ethereal Hotel went above and beyond with their communication. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all my questions about the stay and even monitoring my arrival to ensure I had everything I needed. That level of attentiveness made me feel welcomed before I even stepped through the door.
The hotel itself was a peaceful oasis in the heart of Athens. Having stayed in other hotels in the city, I was blown away by how quiet it was—especially given how lively Athens can be. My room was impressively spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They provided more than enough towels (a rare treat!) and all the essential amenities.
It is also in the perfect spot to get to everything you want to see and do, its close to all the best food spots, shopping and attractions!
Even after checkout, they kindly held onto my luggage until I had to board my cruise, which made my day so much easier. The staff were consistently warm and friendly throughout my visit. If I return to Athens, there’s absolutely no question—I would stay at Ethereal Hotel again without hesitation. Highly...
Read moreI would like to warmly recommend ETHEREAL Athens Apartments Hotel. In September 2023, we stayed 3 nights at the hotel, and we enjoyed every moment of the huge new room we received, the cleanliness, the location and the lovely receptionist we received from Helen who took care of all our needs. Unfortunately, at the beginning of October, a severe war broke out in Israel, and my parents, who were staying in Warsaw, had to return to Israel on a rescue flight via Athens. Of course I immediately called Helen and asked her to reserve rooms for them. She was so empathetic to the situation, and not only did she reserve the rooms for us, she also refused to get the credit card number in advance for security. Even after we had to cancel the reservation because my parents found a direct flight to Israel, Helen accepted it with full understanding and great empathy. For me, the combination of a charming, new, central and very clean apartment hotel, with endless service and empathy, is a winning combination. Recommends....
Read moreWe stayed at room 502 for 2 nights whilst in Athens and the best thing to note was the amazing location, we were right within the action and close to everything. The room was clean and the included snacks and shower gel/shampoo was nice, towels and bedding were also very clean and daily cleaning took place! We were having difficulty breathing as the room is very suctioned closed and feels a bit "underground" despite being on the 5th floor. The aircon also worked well however made us feel sick, so we stuck to keeping the window open for most of our stay, which was quite small. We recommend spending slightly extra to get a room with a balcony. Room's look...
