Diamond Luxury Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

Stayed for one week in the Hope ,the room is very clean and very modern , fabulous bathroom, mini bar was a nice touch . Location was excellent very central.|If we had stayed for a short city break the room would have been ideal .|However the room is smaller in real|Life , tiny balcony and no sea view , and room can be very dark . There are also no drawers and the wardrobe was ok but you need drawers for your underwear! After a few days we felt a bit enclosed and room felt untidy . |Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant, choice of eggs , yoghurt, fruit and sourdough with preserves . This was great once or twice but every day the same thing got very repetitive and I do not want to see an egg for at least a week ! Would have been nice occasionally to have a croissant /. I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was clean and cozy. I loved having the little balcony as well. The shower was great! Also the hosts were so kind and responsive and had some wonderful recommendations. The apartment does require stairs which was fine for me but could be an issue for some. The location is wonderful - right by a little market, pretty central and close to everything. If you have a rental car I recommend looking up the municipal parking lots in the area. Parking in high season is rough but you can eventually find it. The hotel also has a concierge service that helps with bookings etc and you should absolutely utilize it! They helped me get a great price on a rental car and then helped ensure I had a smooth experience when I ran into an issue with the car and were really patient with me throughout the process....

The room is clean and look nice , with double bed , sofa and everything what is described while we booked. You can find there also coffee machine with some capsules of coffee for it . The bathroom is cleaned and spacious, the only thing that unfortunately our shower had some problem , shower head was leaking and water hasn’t run properly, shower place has no door so water was splashing out . Access to the room was fine for us because we traveled just for one day and we didn’t care luggages , other wise it would be challenging due to stairs. And you can hear a lot of noise from the street as it’s busy area and behind the door when people going up and downstairs. This apartment was nice for short stay but I wouldn’t choose it for more...
