I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the state of the apartment we had rented. The condition of the premises is completely unsanitary and uninhabitable.

Upon our arrival, we were shocked to find that the apartment did not meet even the minimum standards of cleanliness and livability. We discovered several issues that rendered the apartment completely uninhabitable, making our stay impossible. Some of the issues we encountered include:

Strong and unpleasant odors throughout the apartment. Dirty, stained, and torn furniture. Mold growth on the walls and ceilings. Non-functional appliances and plumbing fixtures.

Given these circumstances, it is clear that the apartment does not meet the standard of accommodation we expected and paid for. ΜΕΓΑΛΗ ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ.

Δυστυχώς, λόγω απαγορευτικού απόπλου στις 29/06 δεν μπορέσαμε να ταξιδέψουμε προς Μύκονο και ενημερώσαμε έγκαιρα το κατάλυμα, ζητώντας αν μπορούσε να γίνει κάποια διευθέτηση με την κράτησή μας. Παρά την άμεση ενημέρωση, δεν υπήρξε καμία βοήθεια ή διάθεση συνεννόησης από τη μεριά της ιδιοκτήτριας. Μας παρέπεμψε απλώς σε ταξιδιωτικά γραφεία για αποζημίωση, ενώ οποιαδήποτε πρόταση επανατοποθέτησης σε μελλοντική ημερομηνία απορρίφθηκε με τη δικαιολογία ότι ξεκινά η high season και η τιμή θα διπλασιαζόταν.

Αργότερα, αφού αφήσαμε αρνητική κριτική, μας κάλεσαν και μας υποσχέθηκαν επιστροφή χρημάτων αν «κατεβάσουμε την αξιολόγηση για να βρούμε μια μέση λύση». Παρόλο που το κάναμε, εδώ και τρεις εβδομάδες μιλάμε κάθε εβδομάδα τηλεφωνικά και το μόνο που ακούμε είναι συνεχείς δικαιολογίες – χωρίς να έχουμε πάρει ούτε ένα ευρώ πίσω.

Συμπέρασμα: Μηδενική εξυπηρέτηση, καμία επαγγελματικότητα, καθαρή κοροϊδία και πλήρης αδιαφορία. Μας υποσχέθηκαν λύση μόνο και μόνο για να αφαιρεθεί η δημόσια κακή...
