Well lets go one by one.The person who handles it and manger or owner is a very nice guy.Full marks to value of money.I got the room with Caldera view and you can have nice breakfast with the view.Nothing i can complaint about. You can get a room with private pool as well with Caldera view. You dont need to go anywhere to see the view.It is close to bus station.Tho it is tricky.I didnt catch the bus to Fira from here but thats the trick. You can just walk downhill and let gravity work for you to get bus and when u want to come back just hop on the bus and disembark here.So not bad.It is very close to beautiful and nice alley where you can find grocery store and food. Wifi was good as well .Room was spacious ,nice and clean. They dont have cutlery for cooking but have kettle and basics.whatelse.I will definitely stay here again.i stayed with wife and two kids and didnt have any problem. They serve bfast in morning which is good but still needs some important as they can provide ommellete or some sort of egg.Rest...
Read moreAvoid this place at all costs. Our stay was a nightmare from start to finish. 1-My father was assaulted at the pool by another guest, in full view of everyone, without any staff intervention. Even worse, the staff themselves pressured us to consume, although we were already planning to, which created a very unhealthy and disturbing atmosphere. A shocking and totally unacceptable scene for any hotel. 2-The breakfast was inedible: only the cheapest industrial products, some of them not even fresh. 3-The rooms were old, poorly maintained and malfunctioning. 4-The bathrooms were dirty, with no hot water and almost no water pressure in the showers. 5-The jacuzzi was barely working and the water was dirty.
The only positive is the location, but it in no way compensates for the serious issues and the toxic atmosphere.

The other "Caldera view" rooms in the "main" building also have caldera view, but you'll have a street with cars/people in front of you as well. That's alright, as you can take a 5 second walk to the other side of the street and view the same incredible sunset. We stayed in the main building without the jacuzzi, and absolutely enjoyed it.
The owner is very friendly and easy to reach, and was very responsive via WhatsApp when we...
