Only reason it's not a 1 star is because the first staff member I talked to was very kind. He let us know if we spent 75q on food and drink we could use the pool instead of just paying for the pool itself. So my wife sat and got a drink and I went for a swim. After that a new man was at the front who was not as nice. He refused to give me a towel cause I was not a hotel guest even though I was soaking wet after swimming. Then we were completely ignored at the restaurant for hours. How can I spend 75q on food and drink if no one comes to ever...
