Absolutely Awful – Do Not Stay Here

We stayed for 3 nights and had a terrible experience from the start. The room had a horrible smell from day one. There was no air conditioning, and the floor was filthy. The “white” towels were gray and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bathroom tiles were full of mold—absolutely disgusting, especially considering this hotel supposedly opened just 4 months ago.

The layout was ridiculous—if you wanted to turn off the ceiling fan, you had to turn off the main light switch, and vice versa. The switch was above the bed, so we had to climb onto the bed to access it. At checkout, they refused to give us a receipt. Then to top it off, a staff member accused us of leaving a towel with feces on it and even showed us a picture—completely offensive and unacceptable behavior.

This place is extremely overpriced for what you get. The staff lacks professionalism and basic hospitality skills. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel...

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Casa Carmina. Towels were changed daily, and the service was available 24/7, which made things super convenient. While it’s not the most luxurious place, it’s a cute and charming spot in a great location with excellent customer service.

The rooftop bar and restaurant were definite highlights, and when I had a small issue with my room at check in, the staff immediately moved me to another one without any hassle.

The beds were very comfortable, there was a safe in the room, and complimentary water bottles were provided at check-in. Hot water and water pressure were also excellent.

Some rooms facing the street can be a little noisy, but it wasn’t anything too disruptive.

Overall, the hotel is just two floors with a rooftop, which gave it a more personal and cozy feel. I would definitely recommend Hotel Casa Carmina for a pleasant and...
