We just came back from a lovely family stay at Club Med Bali, and we couldn’t be happier. The G.O. team made us feel right at home with their personal service, reacting remarkably fast on any requests or questions. Honestly I have no clue how they manage this on this level as a large hotel. The staff in the restaurants were so friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed.

Btw: The food was fantastic – we enjoyed a great mix, but the French cuisine and bakery were real highlights for us. Perfect fresh pastries every morning!
