Delightful dinner right on the beach!

Beautiful well lit tables at night with an ambience of the waves crashing close by

One of the best cooked duck I have ever had in Bali. As well seasoned Bali goers would know duck is never a large bird in Bali but this duck was full of meat and cooked to absoulte perfection with all the meat falling off the bone

Would also highly reccomend the vodka infused creamy chicken and crispy bacon pasta which would have to be one of our top pasta dishes in Bali. Pasta cooked perfectly and the creamy sauce with crispy bacon pieces was having us fight for the last mouthful as this was intended as a share plate.

If you get a taxi service to here you will be greeted by the lovely staff at the reception and they will not hesitate to call ahead for your table to be set and privately drive you down to the beach-front in their buggy to save you the walk down.

Would reccomend this as a beautiful place to take your loved ones and enjoy a 5 star meal with your toes in the sand!

Wir waren zu einem entspannten Abendessen am Strand eingeladen und haben ein BBQ-inspiriertes Menü genießen dürfen. Hier unsere Eindrücke.

Atmosphäre Direkt am Meer, der Sand unter den Füßen, das sanfte Rauschen der Wellen und warme Abendluft. Das Setting war leger, aber gepflegt, mit dezentem Kerzenlicht und grillflammigen Aromen, die in der Luft lagen. Die musica war angenehm im Hintergrund, nicht aufdringlich – perfekt, um Gespräche zu führen.

Service Die Kellnerin Julia war herausragend. Sie war aufmerksam, freundlich und fachkundig. Sie hat Empfehlungen ausgesprochen, bei Fragen geduldig erklärt und beständig dafür gesorgt, dass Getränke und Essen termingerecht kamen. Ihre Herzlichkeit und Professionalität haben den Abend deutlich aufgewertet.

Geschmackserlebnis

Vorspeise Glasnudelsalat: Frisch, knackig und leicht süß-säuerlich. Die Glasnudeln hatten eine angenehme Textur, begleitet von knackigem Gemüse und einer gut balancierten Vinaigette.

Suppe Rindersuppe: Klar und aromatisch, mit gut gewürztem Rindfleisch und aromatischen Kräutern. Wärmend und sättigend, ideal als Einstimmung auf das BBQ-Thema des Abends.

Hauptgänge (BBQ-Style, Auswahl zwischen mehreren Optionen) Gegrillte Garnelen: Saftig, leicht rauchig, mit einer zarten Marinade, die das Meeresaroma betonte. Hähnchen: Knusprige Haut, innen zart; perfekt gewürzt mit einer leicht süßlich-würzigen BBQ-Marinade. Calamari: Zart, nicht zäh, gut gewürzt, mit einer passenden Begleitung aus frischen Kräutern. Fisch: Frisch gegrillt, aromatisch und saftig, mit einem Hauch von Limette oder Zitrone, der den Fischgeschmack erhellte.

Gesamtbewertung der Speisen Die Auswahl am Grilltisch bot für jeden Geschmack etwas: Meer, Wald und Fleisch in harmonischer Balance. Die Texturen waren abwechslungsreich – knackig, zart und saftig, begleitet von passenden Saucen und Beilagen. Insgesamt ein würdiges BBQ-Erlebnis am Strand, das rustikal-wellnessig zugleich wirkte.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Angemessene Preise für Strandambiente und hochwertige Zubereitung. Gute Portionsgrößen, sodass man entspannt satt wird, ohne zu voll zu wirken.

Empfehlung Wenn ihr ein entspanntes Stranddinner mit BBQ-Charakter sucht, ist dieses Lokal eine gute Wahl. Besonders die Serviceleistung von Julia hat den Abend wirklich besonders gemacht. Wenn ihr dort seid, würde ich sie gezielt um Unterstützung bitten – sie macht einen deutlichen Unterschied.

Fazit Ein stimmungsvoller Abend am Strand mit einer gelungenen BBQ-Küche, unterstützt von exzellentem Service. Die Speisen waren abwechslungsreich und gut zubereitet, die Kellnerin Julia hat den Abend zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Sehr empfehlenswert für Paare oder Gruppen, die Meerluft, gute Gesellschaft und gegrillte Köstlichkeiten...

Our experience at Kayumanis was okay. It unfortunately did not reflect the 4.8 stars that it has averaged from previous reviews. The espresso martinis and pina coladas did not quite hit the spot. The food was also average. The steak for the main was bland, albeit cooked as requested. While, the beef served with the salad was very dry and not tasty. The staff were as hospitable as they could have been however at the end they encouraged/pushed us to leave a review in their presence which sort of left a sour taste. This may explain the extremely high rating, as we were pretty confused throughout the evening. That being said we mentioned that it was our honeymoon and they surprised us with a dessert at the end of the evening. The setting is beautiful and the restaurant is right on the beach but our experience was closer to 3...
