Lagoon Spa — Local services in Kuta Selatan

I was a guest at the resort and booked a spa treatment—recommend making a reservation in advance, which is easy to do through the Marriott Bonvoy app. I had a treatment on September 1st with Purni, who was absolutely wonderful.

I chose their two-hour Wellness Special (massage, facial, acupressure, and foot reflexology). Purni was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. She explained everything clearly, had a warm and positive personality with a great sense of humor, and adjusted the pressure perfectly to my comfort level. The treatment room was spotless and beautifully set up, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.

I left feeling completely rejuvenated. The spa facilities themselves are top-notch and luxurious, starting with an indoor welcome area and a calming sound ritual, and ending with a relaxation lounge offering tea, snacks, and access to both a dry and wet sauna.

We came to Bali to escape, momentarily, our busy lives. We explored the beautiful island over the course of several days, and the Lagoon Spa helped us wind down after our daily adventures. Don't like the massage oil, all three different oils smell weird to me. Like the strong and firm massage by the male therapist but not skillful and professional enough.
