Unacceptable Breach of Privacy and Security!!! And genuinely shocked by the misinformation and untruths by their staff.

My friend and I recently stayed at this hotel, but our experience was marred by a shocking incident that occurred during our stay. While we were in our room, we were alarmed to hear someone attempting to forcefully enter our room, causing us immense fear and distress. Upon investigation, we discovered that a member of the hotel staff was attempting to check in other guests to our room, resulting in a complete breach of our privacy and security.

Despite our immediate efforts to address the situation with the front desk staff, we were met with denial and a lack of accountability. It was only through our own investigation and communication with the new guests that the truth was revealed: our room was indeed opened by them, highlighting a severe lapse in hotel security.

As two young women traveling alone, feeling safe and secure is paramount to us, and this incident left us feeling vulnerable and violated. The staff's handling of the situation was inadequate and dismissive, further exacerbating our concerns.

We expect hotels to prioritize the safety and well-being of their guests, and this experience fell far short of that expectation. We urge the hotel management to take immediate action to address these security flaws and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel to others until they demonstrate a genuine commitment to guest safety and security.

We were genuinely shocked and dismayed to learn of the misinformation and untruths presented by your staff members. After discovering the truth from the new guests, we find it difficult to believe in the sincerity of the handling of this matter by the staff involved. Despite the assertion that the person attempting to open our room was another guest who forgot his room number, we have evidence to suggest otherwise. Our interaction with the new guests revealed that they were indeed given access to our room, as they admitted to opening our door. We have recorded this conversation with their consent. Regarding the demonstration conducted by your team member, Adi, to show that our room door was functioning properly, we find it inadequate to prove that our room was not accessed by another key card. Our concern lies not with the functionality of the door but with the unauthorized access granted to another guest. We appreciate the offer to move to another room, but given that it was our last night and we had an early flight the next morning, relocation was not a feasible solution for us. Additionally, we felt it was important to address the issue at hand rather than simply relocating. We understand that mistakes happen, but it is essential for us to ensure the safety and security of our accommodation, especially as two young women traveling alone. We kindly request a more thorough investigation into this matter and a genuine acknowledgment of the breach of privacy and security we experienced during our stay.

Long time I was planning do go to Bali, but until now I was always travel to some much closer destination. This time me and my wife decide to celebrate my 60th birthday on Bali. And I wasn't regret it. After long 17 hours on airports and flights we arrived to Bali. I must say that was little shock to me, maybe because of long single flight of 12 hours from Istanbul or it was change of climate conditions but I didn't expect that. There is lot of humidity that I was never experience anywhere before. |But after two more hours from the airport in Denpasar, we arrived at the Best Western Premier Agung Resort in Ubud. |The moment we entered the hotel, we felt some tranquility and relaxation. The staff was very polite and professional and the manager gave us very beautiful room (1231) with pool view and view on the jungle behind the resort. |The room was already cooled and prepared for us. The waterfall in the pool, the dense vegetation in the yard, was giving you extra feeling like you are in the jungle.|The next day we have breakfast at the main restaurant, which was basically open space in the yard covered with traditional wooden roof structure, which was surrounded with fountains with fishes. You can choose from variety of fruits, freshly prepared eggs in many ways and various pastries and cheeses.|Room was very clean and enough spacious for us with a big double bed and bathroom with shower and bathtub. It was climatised, and cleaning was on daily basis. Staff was incredibly friendly and useful.|For dinner we had choice to order what ever we want and there was a really good specialities. Everything was delicious. From chicken or crab soup, to various dishes with fried rice or excellent grilled tuna fish|The pool was really good refreshing part of the hotel, when you come back from all day around sites on Bali.
