Casa Almut & More - Centro Lago di Como — Hotel in Perledo

Very nice apartment located adjacent to the castle above Varenna. The rooms were very comfortable with all the amenities we could have asked for including a full kitchen, laundry, and spacious bedroom. The view of Varenna and Lake Como from the entrance was amazing. There was also a restaurant a few steps from our apartment. The host was very responsive and helpful both in advance and during our stay. She was quick to reply to questions through WhatsApp. This location is probably best for someone with a car. The apartment is up a steep path above Varenna. We found it to be about a 20 minute walk down and 25 minute up. Our accommodation was that we went to Varenna and took trains or ferries all day to other places, and returned after dinner in the evening. We found that getting a taxi without a reservation was very difficult, however it was much easier to get some WhatsApp contact information (provided by the host) and make reservations. We ended up using one driver for most of our needs which worked...

We absolutely loved Casa Almut! It’s in a cute and quiet town high up the mountain. Take a cab for an easy 8 minutes drive from the train station, or if you’re feeling adventurous hike 25 minutes and work up a good sweat. The hike down to Varenna is only 15-20 minutes. Casa Almut was very clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for 2 nights. Cristina is extremely accommodating, responds quickly to messages, and gave us wonderful recommendations. She greeted us where the taxi dropped us off at and walked us to the house. She made sure we had everything we needed and lives just next door if we needed her.

Our stay was amazing and we recommend it to anyone looking for a small town adventure and competent in navigating new cities.

Casa Almut a Vezio - un piccolo e bellissimo borgo al Lago di Como, è un posto perfetto per chi vuole dimenticare la routine quotidiana e passare una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante. A casa, grazie all'ospitalità e attenzione al dettaglio di Cristina, non manca niente. Siamo stati lì molto bene. La vicinanza al Castello, a Varenna e tanti altri bei luoghi rende un soggiorno a Vezio molto interessante: si possono fare tante passeggiate e i sentieri offrono una panoramica mozzafiato sul lago. È decisamente un posto da consigliare!

Casa Almut in Vezio – einem kleinen und schönem Ort am Como-See, ist ein perfekter Ort für diejenigen, die den Alltag vergessen und einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen wollen. Zu Hause, dank der Gastfreundschaft und Liebe zum Detail von Cristina, fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Schloss, zu Varenna und zu vielen anderen schönen Orten macht einen Aufenthalt in Vezio zu einem sehr interessanten Erlebnis: Man kann viele Spaziergänge in der Umgebung machen und die Wanderwege bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den See. Es ist definitiv ein Ort zu empfehlen!

W domu, dzięki gościnności Cristiny i jej dbałości o każdy szczegół, niczego nie brakuje. Bardzo dobrze się tam czuliśmy. Bliskość zamku, Varenny i wielu innych pięknych miejsc sprawia, że pobyt w Vezio jest bardzo interesujący: można wybrać się na wiele pieszych wędrówek, a szlaki turystyczne oferują zapierające dech w piersiach widoki na jezioro.
