Z pohledu hosta - meeting point s řidičem trochu průšvih, bez milých lidi a infocentra bychom správně netrefili, špatně vybrané místo nebo řidič nebyl tam, kde měl byt? Btw. byl na parkovišti a ne u dohodnutého terminálu a východu. Pro někoho, kdo je tu prvně je to fakt zálusk a spousta stresu. Vynahradil to ze byl milej. Každopádně tenhle penzion není ani na mapách, to je další takový minus, protože jsme nedostali ani prospekt/mapičku s polohou ubytování, bojovali jsme až do vybití všech telefonu, navštívili jsme x obchodu a restauraci, aby nám poradili kudy jít. Až v poslední zastávce nedaleké restaurace po 2,5hod bloudění jsme “omylem” oslovili Paulova známého, ten nám poradil a my se před půlnoci dostali do postele. Pokoje nic extra a byla tam zima. A snad nejhorší pro nás bylo, když paní u snídaně na nás zvýšila hlas ohledně snídaně, protože ji nemáme zahrnutou v ceně ubytování. Když jsem ji šla ukázat dokument, kde je napsané, že snídani máme v rámci ubytování zaplacenou, tak dá se říct, že nás ignorovala a mávla rukou. Po včerejším náročném dni jsme byli dost unavení, nevyspalí, promrzlí protože na pokoji není žádné teplo víceméně ani úklid nebyl extra důsledněji, jsme nic neřešili, ale během snídaně ten výstup nás rozhodil takovým způsobem, ze se cítíme špatně protože si snad mysleli že krademe. Na tuhle dovču jsem se těšila, bohužel mi to několik faktorů dost pokazilo. Pokud bych se měla rozhodnout, zda vaše ubytování mám doporučit tak se obavám ze ne. Ještě snad horší fakt je, ze ja sama pracuju v tomto oboru a vím, co je špatně. 😌 Aspoň kdyby atmosféra vynahradila ty mínusy. Já si z tohohle pobytu neodvezla žádný zážitek a to jsem zde strávila jen dvě noci. Každopádně po přečtení recenzi nejsem jediná s kamarádkami, co měli problem trefit na ubytko. Zprvu jsem si myslela, ze chyba je na me straně. Řím me oslnil, ale SEM už NIKDY.

Anyway, this guesthouse is not even on the maps, that's another minus, because we didn't even get a prospectus/map with the location of the accommodation, we fought until all the phones ran out, we visited x shop and restaurant to advise us where to go. Only at the last stop of a nearby restaurant, after 2.5 hours of wandering, we "accidentally" approached Paul's acquaintance, he gave us advice and we got to bed before midnight. Room was nit good and here its cold here. And perhaps the worst thing for us bas when the lady at breakfast raised her voice at us about breakfast, because it is not included in the accommodation price. When I went to show her the document where it is written that our breakfast is paid for as part of the accommodation, you can say that she ignored us and waved her hand. After yesterday's demanding day, we were quite tired, sleepless, frozen because there is no heat in the room, more or less, and the cleaning was not particularly thorough, we didn't solve anything, but during breakfast, the exit threw us in such a way that we feel bad because they thought we were stealing. I was looking forward to this sequel, unfortunately several factors spoiled it for me. If I had to decide whether I should recommend your accommodation, I'm afraid not. Perhaps even worse is that I myself work in this field and know what is wrong. 😌 At least if the atmosphere made up for the minuses. I did not take away any experience from this stay and I only spent two nights here. Anyway, after reading the review, I'm not the only one with my friends who had a problem hitting the counter. Le pongo una estrella porque no me deja ponerle cero, empezamos con la limpieza inexistente de las habitaciones, está todo sucio y lleno de polvo. No cambiaron nunca las sábanas de la cama, teniendo en cuenta los 30 grados que hacen por la noche es una pesadilla dormir con sábanas sudadas. El suelo de las habitaciones tiene una capa de polvo, ademas debajo de las camas (lugar donde acumulan la basura) dicha suciedad y polvo aumenta. Le desayuno de “buffet libre” tiene poco, pues la señora “madre carmen” te vigila constantemente durante el desayuno, incomodando y racionalizando el desayuno. Tan solo hay pan y croissant, cabe mencionar que le quito los croissants de delante a mi hermano menor porque ya había comido 2, gritándole “come pan , come pan”. Además, la señora “madre carmen”, piensa que es superior a los demás y suele hablar con un tono denigrante hacia los demás, repitiendo varias veces que debíamos hacer el check out antes de las 10; creando un ambiente incómodo y echándonos indirectamente. Las habitaciones no se corresponden para nada con las imágenes, la ducha no mide mas de 30x50. No hay televisión, ni si quiera un simple espejo en la habitación, tan solo en el baño. El peor alojamiento donde me he quedado de lejos. Recomiendo este alojamiento si te gusta la compañía, pues estarás rodeado de...

Ubicación muy buena, desayuno austero pero bien, patio excelente, limpieza mediocre en mi habitación.|No hubo cambio de sábanas en las 8 noches que me alojé, el cambio de toallas según la normativa es cada 3 días. En el tercer día de mi estadía se me derramó un poco de gaseosa en el piso, y hasta el último día seguía pegajoso.|Dos días seguidos no hicieron mi habitación.|Habitación con vista a la calle sin aire acondicionado y muy ruidosa la calle.
