Probably one of my worst stays in Europe. This apartment should’ve been on Air BNB instead of the website because then I’d at least be more understanding than I already was. First, we arrived with no greeting from the reception, just our keys in an envelope at the desk. If thats how it was supposed to be, I would’ve preferred it in the lockbox outside instead of having to take an Uber there then walk to the apartment. Also, no one mentioned this was going to be on the third floor and we had luggage, not a lot, but still the steps were narrow and hard to move in with bags. Second, we walked through the big main door and there was just trash everywhere on the ground. There was also a giant dead rat by the steps. Again, tried to move past it. The one thing I couldn’t get past was the bathroom. The seat isn’t even properly connected to the toilet so it shifts, the ceiling looks like it hasn’t been cleaned, we had HALF a roll of toilet tissue and when we asked for more, they never gave it. There was also a wardrobe in the apartment that’s a safety hazard because if you try to open it, it feels like it’s going to fall on top of you. Even when you walked around the room you felt as if you had to be careful. I don’t even feel like they cleaned because it was still dusty and there was a cobweb behind the gap for the dresser. Like I said, we tried to be positive, I was even sleeping on a mattress on the floor which I didn’t mind, but things just continued to add up. The location is great but in my option, just book with a real hotel or don’t get the apartment.

The bath tub was insanely beautiful; The room was clean; The location was great (in the middle of the most important objectives); Sarah was very nice and kind; An instagramable room. The room was a little bit noisy, but you will stay in the heart of a market and it's understandable. The breakfast was a little poor, but you are in Italy and you can find anywhere good and consistent food.

Very clean and convenient location. You are 20 minutes away from any major attraction. The room itself is tiny and it can be difficult to open a luggage event. You do have to climb a few flights of stairs. This didn’t bother me, but it’s something you should consider when planning your stay.

Overall the stay here was fine but there were a few issues. Starting with the good, the location was great. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do with restaurants and shops literally steps away. Continental style breakfast was provided and although it wasn’t the same as going to a local cafe downstairs it was tasty and very convenient for a quick bite and a coffee to start the day. The bad: The first thing that didn’t work at all was the room safe. As we typically lock up our documents first thing, we checked this as soon as we got in and notified the front desk, and were told technicians would be alerted. Later in the day we opened the in-room fridge to put some leftovers in and noticed that was not working either. Whatsapp’d the front desk about both items, got a reply indicating someone would come look at the items, but never saw a technician the two nights we were there. Other minor items such as the faucets and shower heads having buildup so the streams shot funny were silly inconveniences. Overall suited what we needed and the staff...

Unfortunately this accommodation did not live up to our expectations at all. For starters there is no lift and no assistance when we left to carry any luggage down the stairs. Travelling with a baby and two elderly parents. Told us we would get a discount for parking and paid full price, when I told reception she said it was too bad because it was during the time no one was there? Rooms were small but clean, only positive. Breakfast was disappointing. This was not a hotel but technically serviced appartments in a residential area with other residents. The location was probably the best part about the place as it was close to a lot of things but it was hard to find initially and not convenient if driving with your own car. They also told us we couldn’t bring the car to the street of the accomodation when leaving to load the car nor did they help with the bags, so overall a very...
