First of all I am still laughing with the responsible person that after we sit in a table asked us (he asked it very gently to be honest) to change us table and he will treat us a limoncello!! hahahahhahaahahhahahaha so ridiculous. Secondly the small restaurants are not able to handle very big group of people. They decided to host 20 Americans that completely destroyed the atmosphere and of course created delay issues in the kitchen. We ordered 5 plates. The first one came ok, the 2 second after 40 mins! They forgot the last 2 ones and one of them was the salad! The waiters and the lady in the entrance saved the whole situation they were very very kind and very helpful. The food not enjoyed even it was tasty. Last but not least ,it's really a SHAME for restaurant with plates that costs 15-25 euros to put water in the liquid soap in the toilets in order to gain money ! ! ! come on you are not going to earn anything from this!!!! ////updated since the Restaurants Manager replied : 40 minutes for one baked eggplant and 4 meatballs in sauce it's NOT a reasonable time in any restaurant in the world ! 40 mins! Come on! Instead of an apology you are saying me that is reasonable! and by the way another +10 mins for the forgotten salad that we asked for and remind ! ! I didn't complaint for the move itself ,it was OK for us, we just sit and we didn't have any issue to move, but do not tell me that you will treat me a ...limoncello for this (if you want ok then do it withtout telling it and by the way we never got it! ! haha!), you are underestimate my IQ , I will not make any further comment for the soap, it was almost...

Their beautiful patio was calling our name, and we quickly settled into a charming table for two outside, ready to dive into some Roman culinary classics. We came for the staples, and Verso Sera delivered beautifully. The cacio e pepe was perfectly executed – creamy, peppery, and utterly satisfying. The carbonara was equally impressive, a rich and authentic rendition that truly hit the spot. And for the more adventurous, the tripa alla Romana was a standout; tender, flavorful, and a true taste of traditional Roman cuisine. To complement our meal, we opted for a refreshing Pinot Bianco, a perfect choice given the Roman heat, proving that sometimes, white wine is simply the way to go. The service was also excellent, with our server speaking perfect English, which, while not expected, was certainly a welcome bonus and made the experience even more seamless. Verso Sera offers a wonderful blend of classic Roman dishes, a charming ambiance, and attentive service. If you're looking for an authentic and enjoyable dining experience near Campo de' Fiori, this spot should definitely be...
Read moreA historic little spot tucked in a corner just off the Campo di Fiori , quaint interior seating and outdoor seating as well (heated in winter) … Loved all things about this place! The menu was perfect, and dishes house made which were rich and filling. Wonderful vino list. Staff were fabulous, extremely attentive and great attitudes towards service! My meal was spot on perfect and too much food, started with in-season fried artichokes, then house made ricotta filled ravioli, and although the waiter misunderstood me and brought me the polpette di vitello (veal meatballs - which were delish!) he offered to take it away and correct but I insisted to keep them and then he brought me a sample of the polpette di pollo (chicken meatball) which were absolutely stunning!! Highly...
