Crocus Apartments — Hotel in Sirmione

Warning! By far my worst hotel ever! Unreachable on check in day. Rude and harassing staff.

Sent many messages on check-in day and received no replies. I called, texted, and emailed everyone on their website and got no response for hours. Had to call authorities to finally get a response after waiting in the car for ages.

No apology. They had the absurd arrogance to demand I pay a “late check in fee.” When I politely declined they proceeded to send me harassing messages for MULTIPLE DAYS.
