Terrible experience. I've just arrived to find how incorrect their site was, I was told there would be wifi in my bedroom or some form of internet but when I arrived there was nothing. Naturally I checked to see if there had been some mistake and told the man some kind of internet connection was essential for the work I had to do. He said "oh that's difficult" and then began to flick through a book which clearly couldn't resolve any of my problems -.-
Clearly I'm not Impressed!! Deal with this problem!! Why are you messing with books and not dealing with the customer, who I might add has already paid! I now have to look for a new hotel which will be super difficult considering this wasteland has no internet connection. Room is also strange, why are there 2 weird beds I couldn't be more unhappy. I wish there was a star lower than 1.
There's more but I'm not even going to get into it......

A big cupboard for the bedding (futons), a smaller one for us with face towels, yakuta (house kimono), free toothbrush and toothpaste, and a tiny hallway with room slippers. A tasty Japanese or Western breakfast was included in the room price.||||There are toilets and washrooms on every floor, but showers only in the public bath. Big towels for the bath can be rented for 50 yen at reception. We stayed at a non-smoking floor. Wifi officially only in the lobby, but we managed to use it in our room too.||||Reception staff was very friendly and polite, their English sufficient for basic communication. A truly Japanese experience, not...
Read moreThe lobby was nice and I noticed an old Famicom (Nintendo) in the corner which is probably newer than the decor, sheets or anything but the tvs in the "rooms".||The 1st thing you notice when stepping out the elevator is the smell, it's probably a cross between cigarettes and mothballs and a dash of asbestos too.||the rooms are tiny which is fine because after staying at a capsule hotel and hostel I was happy to have somewhere safe to put all my things, there were stains all over the walls, the bed sheets and pillow looked gross so I covered the pillow with a towel and slept under the dressing gown.||I wouldn't stay here again despite the great location.||There's no showers but a bath you share with other guys (the cleanest room in the hotel) There's free wifi but it was terrible and couldn't...
