Unfortunately this place needs a lot of attention to be close to the budget/basic stay we thought it was going to be. A couple of good points are the location (easy walking distance to most things) & the shower (which despite being hooked up to the same taps as the sink & the head being tiny) was actually quite powerful and communication was quick and clear. ||However, some major issues as follows;|1. Beds - these creak/make the worse noise (all 4 of them in our room) and very badly! With a family of 4 it was impossible to get a good nights sleep as whenever anyone in the room moves in bed, it keeps everyone else awake!|2. Pillows - these are super thin & no spare ones are provided. When I asked for extra pillows, I was advised that there are only enough for 1 person per room & all other rooms were full (so there are no spares in the whole of the accommodation). This is despite our room accommodating 4 people yet having 6 stools. |3. Whilst we had a washing machine in our room, there was nowhere to hang any clothes (no airer or provision on the balcony). Also no way of transporting wet washing downstairs to the dryers. We ended up using the washing machine downstairs which meant we had to stay on the property whilst doing washing, so having a machine in our room was pointless. |4. Towels - you only get 4 small towels! (Fine for guys around their waist, not so much for females!). No hand or extra towels. Also no-where to hand towels as no rails or hooks and when you have 4 wet towels……???|5. Storage - whilst the room is small & it’s fine, some shelves up on the wall in the entrance would really help with being able to have toiletries out as there is nowhere in the...
Read moreBEWARE OF A SCAM, READ! Everything, so the first thing is really super sketchy hidden "cleaning fee" which is higher than the stay itself for two nights. 7000 yen to be specific, for a not even clean room, with one hidden wet towel behind a bed:D I dont know if it was a purpose or an accident, but it dont matter. The room may be okay with size for a one person but of course you are going to be there most likely with 3 other persons so 4 in total, which is unhinged. The bed itself is atrocious, extremely hard and stiff to sleep on. Also the bed squeaks and screeches tremendously, so of course other people are going to wake you up by an accident. Do not ever again do the same mistake as I did, rather pay more. Also the location is not something great, maybe not completely worst, but neither even okay. Oh PS: the pillows were like rock of course:D thin as paper, but I guess that is not surprising. Please do not come here, for your own good. PSS: of course no staff at reception and of course you cant cancel, if you already paid you are trapped:) They not what...

Am I supposed to put boiling water from kettle in it?! Of course not *the floor not clean, still head hair and someone's else pubic hair on the floor...! *bed frame awfully noisy! Creaking so loud when we sleep and move. Could not sleep. *your hairdryer is not safe! It sucked my hair in and burnt me
