Enka Nanba 1 Hotel — Hotel in Osaka

The room and bathroom is very small and I don't think it would fit a large suitcase. However, there is a nice balcony and everything is fairly new. The facilities aren't great - for example, why provide a kettle but no mugs or tea/coffee? I went to reception for mugs and they said they didn't have any, but eventually gave me some paper cups when I persisted. I think this should be provided in the room. Also, I didn't realise it costed more for room cleaning and towel changes as it wasn't mentioned when booking. I don't mind about room cleaning but thought it was unusual for a hotel to not do free towel changes, especially when staying for more than 2 nights. I will give it 3 stars for the good price and convenient location (although is near sex shops and maid cafes). The room we booked was for 2 people but realistically, it should not be able to fit more than a single person comfortably. The amenities that were provided were non existent, I did not expect that a hotel room would have no cups at all, except for paper cups which they provided at the check in counter. I was also shocked by the fact that you had to pay 300 yen to change your towels and 3000 yen for your room to be cleaned. That to me just seems stingy. I believe that the actual room space that is advertised includes the balcony as well which leaves you with realistically little floor space to do packing. worst hotel... :( got a very dusty room, the receptionist was not 24 hours, the surrounding area was very quiet, gloomy, very far from the nearest metro and bus stop, it was difficult if it rained and had to walk a long way. stayed for 3 nights, after a night first decided to immediately move hotels, the bathroom seemed like there was an earthquake every time it use, the room advertised could be for 2 people, in reality it only fit one person and 1 small suitcase, it was really frustrating when carrying 2 large suitcases it couldn't be opened at the same time in the hotel room, also there is additional fee just to...
