Kitakata Ramen BAN NAI Namba-Nipponbashi — Restaurant in Osaka

The ramen restaurant is by the corner of the street. You order using the 1 machine for ordering food which many languages available including English. You can pay by many ways, including cash and credit card. The noodle is delicious and the chef cooks pretty fast. The rice bowl is soft and delicious as well, though the one with egg has a more mild taste while the shashu with rice has stronger taste. There is normal size bowl and small size bowl. Although the food and drink menu is limited and not alot of variety to choose from, the ones we ordered are all delicious and the price is affordable. The place is clean and comfortable as well. 会津出身なので本店10数回、暖簾分けの別会社が運営するチェーンの方の坂内は天王寺時代から50回以上のまーまーな坂内ファンです。本店よりチェーンの方が好みです。 最近は針中野に通ってましたが徒歩圏内に坂内が出来て大変嬉しい。

結論から言うと「今後に期待」です。 堺筋沿いの路面店で立地は抜群、狭い細長の店舗ながら席数34席と効率的な店内。膝が当たるほど前後が狭いのはまぁしょうがないかなと。 社員らしき日本人＋中東系の男女店員2名の3名体制、みなさん感じ良かったです。

まず味。 薄い。（ついでにチャーシューも薄切り？）ラーメンを見た瞬間「あれ？」と思った予感が的中。濁って透明感がないスープ。おそらく湯切りが甘いので醤油の風味が無くなるほど薄まってます。針中野もたまにこれあるので、まぁたまたまかも。 （関西の坂内は閉店が相次いでるので本部が大阪人にはキリッとした醤油味は合わないと判断した可能性もあるのかな）。

清掃と整頓。 開店一人目の客でしたが、写真にある通りイスはバラバラでバッシングも不十分。改善に期待。入店した瞬間このイスのバラバラさはテンションだだ下がりますって。 勝手に前を向く＆後ろにスライドするタイプのイスがあるのでそれ入れたら良かったのになと思いました。

半ライス。 券売機でオプションから選ぶ方式に。私以外の人は誰も頼んでなかったようにまず気づかないので実質的に半ライスサービス終了に近いかと。でもこれはしょうがないかなーと。今の時代。 チャーシューラーメンの大盛りで1200円は満足ではあります。 券売機は最後まで選択しないとお金を入れられない分かりにくさがあるが、まぁ一回やれば覚えますね。

店出た瞬間の正直な感想は「あまり美味しくなかったなー」でした。いつもは完飲するスープもほとんど残しました。酢や胡椒を入れてもやはりそもそもの味が薄いのでダメでした。（あ、醤油入れたらどうなんでしょうこんどやってみます）。でも開店間もないですし今後に期待してまた来店してみようと思います。 ★2くらいにしたいですがとりあえず期待を込めて3にします。

（※四日後に再訪） 今日は素晴らしく美味しかった。 見てたら湯切りはしっかりしてたんですが、スープ割るとき手鍋で何倍もの丼に一気にドバーっとやるんですね、あれだといくら慣れてる人でもそりゃ味ぶれるなーと。お玉でやればいいのに。 でもメイン調理が一人で34席の店を回すので忙しすぎてその手間さえも難しいのかな。鍋と調理台が隣ではなく前後なのでどうしても手間かかるし。 ★3から★4に修正します。 味玉と塩チャーシュー丼も付いたセット...
