A very easily accessable place im shinsaibashi and namba area even you can conefrom dotonbori street aswell. Shisha i will rate 4 out of 5. Vibe and atmosphere 5 Service i will rate 4. After smoking shisha in 2 dfifferent places i am writing this review for osaka shisha cafes. You can try this place music ia not very loud. I had only one cenern they charge after 8 PM 700 yen just for sitting andthen u have to order a drink as well. Great tasting hookah. Had board games, darts, and karaoke. Went with my boyfriend and we both got mixed drinks, both costing 700 yen. Also got some fried chicken which was 500 yen. Don’t remember how much the hookah or how much the service charge was if there was any. The total price came out to be around 6000 yen though.
