anello® SHINSAIBASHI 【心斎橋店】 — Local services in Osaka

I came across this store as my hotel was nearby. It's located right across Shinsaibashi, and near to the south exit of Shinsaibashi Station. It's my first time here but it was my mother's 3rd or 4th time here as she visited in March earlier on. I would like to thank one of the staffさん for his great service. I didn't get his name but it he was a tall, slim and fair skin gentleman in white with glasses. Me and my mum were checking out the bags we wanted and he brought the new ones to us immediately. Bare in mind that not all colours of the design are displayed, so the he even took the effort to bring out all the colours for us to choose. My cousin wanted to get a bagpack she saw online and we showed the staffさん and he also managed to find it. Eventually we got around 6 bags but ended up with extra 3 more from the shop's gasha event 😮! Overall a good experience, and I really wanted to thank this staffさん because he was doing a good job despite being busy with multiple customers and also he did not miss out any of our request. I always come here whenever I visit Osaka. Although, you can now buy this brand easily in other Asian countries, this store is special as the range is full and most of all, you may have a better chance of more colour selections on the item you want to buy. I do see some designs in here that you will not see outside Japan. It is really worth a visit. Price and quality is reasonable for this brand. It is good that they make bags for different type of people and not just concentrating in one niche group of shoppers. Staff are well trained with good English. They are very helpful and friendly. I asked if there is more colour choices on a bag, the staff went to the store room and came back with six colours for me to see. The staff even explained the design of the bag to me in details. Modern store with such a large variety of bag styles to choose from. It was almost overwhelming for me, but in a good way. I had a hard time choosing & had to narrow my choices down because I didn't want to lug everything around all day as our hotel wasn't close by the store. Next time I will plan accordingly. 🤗 They are fully staffed so it was easy to find an associate for help even though it is quite a busy store.
