Dropped by this ramen shop a few years back, ordered the Tonkotsu (pork broth) Ramen along with a side of fried rice.
The ramen was good, which is always a good sign so I proceeded to place an order for a side of gyoza (pot stickers) and a karaage (fried chicken).
The fried rice lacked seasoning (unusual for a ramen shop).
The deep fried chicken was greasy and unappetizing.
The pot stickers were ok given that it was just a matter of pan frying something that had already been prepared in advance.

I also got gyoza which was delicious and flavorful. This isn’t a super fancy place with lots of gimmicks. It didn’t feel pretentious. It didn’t feel hyped up which I like.
