This is not a hotel; it's an industrialized Airbnb. There is no reception, no front desk, no parking, no assistance, and no amenities. However, they advertise as a hotel, which is simply false. ||More importantly: this location is terrible for travelers. It's quite a bit deep in a neighborhood, and not really central to anything. I think if this had been described properly or in a really cool area, we would have just dealt with it. However, as a result of the poor location and lack of amenities, we had to go book another hotel.||As for the quality of the room, it was below average. Not particularly well maintained, and the layout was poor. Not terrible, just nowhere near as good as comparably priced hotels in other areas. ||It did have room for 4, which was nice. But there are so many better options for families in Tokyo at similar price points. This one is unfortunately just not worth your...

Great location in a quiet part of 7 Chome but right near all the action. Just a few minutes walk from Higashi Shinjuku station and Kabukicho. Room was clean and comes with all the amenities you need. The Hotel is unmanned so no luggage storage/shipping. You check in and out via tablet in the downstairs lobby. When you check in you get a 4 digit code to unlock your door aswell as a 6 digit "failsafe" door code incase the 4 digit code does not work, which was our case.
