Stayed here four days with a group of friends. I had nothing negative or positive to say but 24 hours after checking out they billed my friend for a broken TV. We never used the TV. I don't even remember seeing a TV. Of course they waited till after asking for a 5 star rating. We'll play dumb games win dumb prizes. Here is my review.

There was no staff on premise to receive my shipped luggage, however I check out day there was two staff putzing around suddenly. At night someone was trying to get into our room. The trashcan was tiny and there was no place to take out the trash. Lastly the TV, looking at older reviews they charged someone else for a TV as well. When we asked for photos they showed a TV with a line down that middle. Seems like it's just old and you want to blame us. We asked if the cleaning staff accidentally did it. They then sent a photo of a TV with a smashed screen. Why is the damage increasing and were not even there! This is a scam to try to get international guests to line their pockets.

The room was a bit tight for 4 people. The beds were not comfortable. The location, however, is great. It is very close to the train station and many convenience stores. You can walk to many points of interests. Additionally, it is difficult to get in contact with any staff as there is no front desk reception. I was messaged through Expedia that I would be charged for a damaged tv; however, we never turned the tv on during our stay and were unaware that the tv was damaged and I am unable to talk to anyone outside of using the Expedia chat as there is no front desk staff.

Update: the hotel is now asking me to pay $432.03 for the tv and is refusing to discuss the matter over the phone. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with their poor management and stay at...
