SPATIUM GINZA — Hotel in Tokyo

Stayed here for 5 nights. Amazing 24/7 front desk that is not listed online! I thought this place might be a bit weird as it doesn’t have many reviews. I truly just think people have no problems and don’t write reviews.

This place is operated like a services apartment so minimal staff but great rooms and experience. The front desk is just for check in really. AMAZING room - Two large beds, great aircon, large high pressure shower and bath and separate toilet. Two great windows but not much of a view (which is so fine). Super spacious for Tokyo. Washing machine!!! New towels EVERYDAY and if you stay long enough also cleaning midway through out stay. Can not recommend enough!

Location I already knew was just ok mainly because 5 -10 minute walk to a station depending on which one you are going to. The place is SO close to Tsukiji but a bit further to Ginza although we did the walk a few times. Thats the only thing to keep in mind although is nice staying in a suburban...

Great experience, location of AirBnb was about 7 minutes away from train station. Not much to do near the hotel itself, but nearby Ginza area is packed with shopping and restaurants. Room was very easy to check in to, very clean, and much more spacious than the other AirBnb we were in Tokyo. Owner also had small things such as an iron and umbrellas to use that helped out the experience. Would recommend as owner was very responsive and location...

It was a very clean place we had the fifth floor of this area and it was beautiful however there is nobody in front and it is booked through Airbnb the room was very spacious for a place in Tokyo we paid around 382 overall including cleaning fees for three people and there was a spacious bedroom as well with a nice big bathroom and even a mini kitchen in the 5th floor everything was provided downstairs you just pick how much you need so don't...
