Tsukiji-Nora — Restaurant in Tokyo

A delightful little restaurant run by a lovely and friendly couple (or at least I think they are a couple) situated at the outer edges of Tsukiji serving Italian food. Appetizers are a little on the small side but the meat dishes are generous (~200 grams). The food is absolutely delicious. I had the fennel breadcrumb crusted pork and it was amazing with browned crispy fatty bits and yet the meat was tender and juicy. The slow roasted chicory (caramelized to perfection) accompanying the meat dishes were as much a star as the meat! Don't miss the 6 hour baked caramel pudding which was super rich and smothered with a slightly bitter caramel sauce.

The menu is seasonal and varies according to what is available.

If you can't get a seat at Keita sushi down the street, come here instead (at least that's what the chef told us!), you won't be...

ランチ訪問！！ 13時前だったので、店内にはいくつか席が空いていました。ファミリーや、お一人様、カップル、様々なお客様がいましたよ。 席は4名掛けのテーブル席が2つと2名掛けのカウンター席が5つくらい？！ カウンターにはビニルカーテンのコロナ対策もしっかりされておりました。 オーダーをとってくれる女性の店員さんの接客が明るくて、テキパキしていて気持ちの良い接客でした。 ランチメニューは、パスタと限定10食のハンバーグ！！パスタをいただきましたが、これがまた美味！！ 相方は大盛り（無料）で頼んでいましたが、ペロリと完食！前菜としてサラダが付き、一口サイズのパンも付いてきますので、そのままは勿論、パスタソースに絡めて食べるのもオススメです。 13時以降の来店だとコーヒーがサービスでつくみたいですよ😊次回は13時以降に訪問しようかな🎵またリピします！

Lunch visit! !! It was before 13:00, so there were some seats available in the store. There were families, one person, couples, and various customers. There are 2 table seats for 4 people and 5 counter seats for 2 people? !! The counter was also well equipped with measures against corona of vinyl curtains. The customer service of the female clerk who took the order was cheerful, cheerful and pleasant. The lunch menu is pasta and a limited 10-meal hamburger steak! !! I had pasta, which is delicious again! !! My partner asked for a large serving (free of charge), but I ate it completely! It comes with a salad as an appetizer and a bite-sized bread, so it is recommended to eat it as it is or with pasta sauce. でもパスタ サーモン苦手で違う食材のパスタにしたのに、サーモン混入してて… なぜそんなことが起こるの？

そしてなにより シェフがパスタ固さを確認した時 明らかに手が口に触れてたのに そのままアスパラ処理したり

ホールスタッフがテーブル拭いた後の手でそのままレシートボードや飲み物の瓶に触ったり そのボードや瓶をシェフが普通に触って、そのまま調理に戻ったり
