Exceptionally good quality sushi right outside Tsukiji hidden in the basement of a quiet building. We came at 12pm and wait 1 hr for 1pm round. You have to stay in the line but they have small chairs. Waiting time went by fast since we spent 30 mins carefully picking our sushi but honestly just order everything because they are extremely fresh and delicious.
Inside is a small and very intimate standing sushi bar with just one chef. The fish were super fresh and high quality with a warm and perfectly seasoned rice. My favorite bites were shima aji, bafun uni, bonito, kinmedai and tsubugai.

Our bill was ¥8000-¥9000 per person. Would recommend to just make a reservation online where the minimum spend is ¥11,000. The menu also has English translation but it’s a bit hard to understand.
