No elevator. It's not suitable for disabled people to climbing until 4th floor. The Wifi connection its too bad. Can connect with strongly bar. But can make communication via apps and web page can't be open. Not mentioned that the room don't have window during booking highlight. Not mentioned at booking page have to give the MYR50.00 for room deposits. Room no window. No closet or wardrobe. No writing desk. Not suitable for business traveller. No chair. No fridge. No safety box. No hair dryer. No Iron. No Ironing board. Dental kit its no provided. Coffee amenities isn't provided. Face towels isn't provided. Hand towels isn't provided. Steam kettle isn't provied. Have to take the hot water at the corridor. Have water filter there. TV channels not set up systematically. I personally set up the channel. Limited TV channels. No local TV channels. Only have Celestial Movie, AXN, TVBS, Awani, and Supersport Channel. No sound proof. Can hear someone walking on the floor and someone press the wall from the next door. Small room. No telephone inside the room. Fungus at shower section wall and floor area. Exhaust fan full of dust.

The cheaper price. Very strategic location. 7eleven just at the ground floor, ATM machine (Maybank) just 50 meters, a lot of restaurant like , mamak, chinese and malay restaurant around. The night market just at the front of hotel. Foot massage a lot of this area. Laundry mchine just nearby. KFC just 100 meters. Nice lobby deco. Simple but artistic. Friendly staff. Entrance door open by touch key cards. Have alarm remainder if door can't close properly. The aircond good functioning. TV plat screen with HD. 2 bottles complimentary mineral water is provided. 2 tumbler glasses is provided. 2 tissue rolls is provided. 2 small shampoo and body gel is provided. 2 small soaps os provided. 2 pillow at the bed. Have bed side table. Have socket near bed. 1 bath mat is provided. 2 bath towels is provided. Have hose bided. Hot water at shower is functioning well. Water pressure is good. Drainage is good functioning. Exhaust fan good functioning. Nice room decoration. Nice lighting system.

For the price we paid, we were happy with this hotel. We stayed here twice whilst in Borneo, each for 2 night stays at a time at the start and end of our trip. We had one of the deluxe rooms with a window (as rooms without a window worry me!)||The rooms are small and basic, but comfortable and clean. Some basic toiletries are provided, as is some complimentary bottled water. The AC is excellent which is a plus. The bathroom again was basic, with a wetroom type shower, but the shower was good and everything clean and in working order.||Daily cleaning service available but you had to put a 'please clean' ticket on your door, which we always forgot to do.||There is no elevator here, and the steps are quite narrow metal ones. Fine for us, but if you had mobility issues or lots of luggage this may not be the best hotel to pick.||Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage here on our last day, as our flight was not until the evening, which was very useful.||You do have to pay a 50RM cash deposit for your room, which you get back on checkout.||Location was good, walking distance to Jesselton Point and to the waterfront etc. A handy 7/11 next door, and a taxi rank just outside (although we used Grab on the recommendation of the staff here which was much cheaper).||Overall pleased with our stay and would recommend for short...
