If I can put 0 stars, I would already have done so.
Waited 20-30 mins for the lift, only for it to keep skipping our level. there were only 2 working lifts. One looks like it was under repair for a long time, while the other one looks like it has been under “installation” for a long time. the working lifts got fully loaded so easily even though we did not hit the weight limit of 1000kg. took the stairs instead. stairs were uneven when going down and had dried vomit everywhere and a bad smell at certain floors. we stayed at the 36th floor. One of the room’s aircon was not working. Place smelled mouldy Bed linen was old, had a stale smell and there is lint furring. the bedroom is dangerously low, and unable to fully close. Dangerous if we were to lean against it?!! master bedroom toilet had dried up wet tissue balls in the crevice, the shower head holder was broken.
The only saving grace would be that it is next to KSL. DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BATTLE FOR THE LIFT TO GO...
Read moreI recently stayed at this condo building, conveniently located adjacent to a mall.

Additionally, I observed a problem with the trash disposal system; the garbage area appeared disorganized, with people often throwing trash directly onto the floor rather than into the bins provided.
Despite these challenges, the proximity to the mall was a definite positive trait, offering easy access to shopping and dining options. Overall, while the condo unit met my needs, improvements in the building's maintenance and facilities management would greatly enhance the overall experience for residents and...
Read moreWe booked the place due to ease access to ksl mall. The room conditions I believe depends on the listing you choose on airbnb. Ours was decent just for a night's sleep.
We were staying in Tower B, and the check-out experience was extremely frustrating. Only one elevator was operational, resulting in long waits. As someone who was heavily pregnant, carrying luggage, and caring for a toddler, taking the stairs wasn't a safe or practical option.
After waiting over 10 minutes, I finally got into the lift, only to experience even more delays. Despite pressing Level 1, the elevator went up to Level 39 and stopped at nearly every floor on the way down. It was a stressful and exhausting experience that could have been avoided with proper maintenance and management. Total time wasted: a good 30mins just to exit...
