The family suite for 4 adults and two kids was a perfect sized room. It had a full sized fridge, induction stove, washing machine with built-in dryer. The kitchen was equipped with cutleries and plates, bowls, mugs. The main bathroom was huge complete with tub and walk-in wardrobe. We can't figure out either of the TV in the bedrooms. WiFi works great. There is one main issue with the decor, the coffee table is not at all safe or people friendly. A little TLC goes a long way really. Overall, the pool was kid approved but there were chipped/broken tiles at the bottom of the pool and splintered boardwalk along it. The lights in the lift lobby on level 9 was flickering. For a night's stay, it's worth the price. If you drive, please note that there are very limited designated parking. The building is a serviced apartment so naturally there are other tenants including competitors. Ordering food in is significantly easy as there are plenty of options but the wait time might be a little long. Not really public transport friendly, need to do a lot of walking from the closest...

Fraser Residence is a wonderful place to stay when in KL. KLCC is at 10 mins walk, Bukit Nanas mono rail is at 5 mins walk, in short very much reachable from all famous attractions. Room was very spacious and contained all the basic necessities like a washing machine, cooking equipments etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to have a pleasant stay with wonderful staff and at a reasonable cost. Very clean, Spacious, and Comfortable. Great! Awesome! Perfect Stay. I always booked Fraser residence without having the thoughts to try other hotels/residences. The best beside Grand Hyatt. the apartment was super cosy, huge, and spacious for the 5 of us.2 adults and 3 small kids. the master bedroom was big and accomodate a bath tub which is an extra point for it. it has washing machine and dryer which functioning really well. however, the aircond was centralised and super cold and difficult to adjust. the microwave doesnt work (or may be it is just me). the other bathroom in the apartment doesnt have shower, so my kids need to take shower at mine.the swimming pool downstairs has quite sceneric view, just that the water was not...
