Worst experience ever! 2nd time came while my 1st just joined friends who already arrived earlier. Lack of customer service esp the guy who took drinks order.

I don't know if he has problem with me but seems he tried to ignored my order for 2 times! TWO!!! The stall in one line with nasi lemak and ABC stalls. Picture is blurry or maybe I took with rage. 1st, I told what I want and he just show his palm annoyingly. Okay I tried to understand it's busy day since it's New Year eve! We sat around 10.30pm 31 Dec 2020 desk G13. Second I tried to add on drink for my FATHER and he showed his hand again like trying to show "ah I've alottttt of order today" while just talking and waiting at another table next to us with bunch of boys...waited 5 mins 10...1 hour never came back! Sorry not in million years! We didn't order only plain water okay!!! I'm like a beggar asking people to take our order while I seen him just talk to his FRIENDS. He wore black shirt, a cap and black mask. I can show which one is he. Maybe he shouldn't work with there too or a lot to learn!

Ordered SHELLOUT for my family waited one hour and I decided to ask the guy who actually that time cleaning the stall and he claimed my order didn't arrived. Whatttt? The guy who I took order that night was wearing black shirt with green/white stripe if not mistaken.

Your guys have embarrassed me in front of my family. The came all the way from Johore!!!

We didn't know that we had to face 10 menus from 10 diff people at same time. So confusing! Oh ya just a suggestion maybe you may change your operation method according to season. Just take few waiters/ess with compiled menu. Don't send us with ??? marks! Some we can order from stall some we have to walk? INEFFICIENT. Do not show us with your guys with walkie-talkie it's not worth it if cannot handle whole situation okay? I've never had bad experiences elsewhere like this before. Foods so far taste good. Anyway while you have great food but it won't help with lack of customer service.

Anyway I don't have right to be angry with all I can only give credit with the uncles from Arab stall, char kuey tiaw and satay even tho that time they were also busy. They're so friendly too even though we were needed to order from their stalls. Just hope their businesses getting greater. Anyway happy new year to those who serve well...

very large food court here and so many people ad well. the variety of foods and cuisines here is just astounding... SO MANY foods and drinks to choose from, you will literally be spoilt for choice. has cuisines from all over the world, from Kelantanese to Malaysian to Asian and Western as well. such an amazing place especially at night with superb views of the KL skyline especially if you sit on the too floor. all the food and drinks was good.I especially loved their Cempedak Goreng, Sotong Kangkung and Cendol, everything else was very good as well. because there are so many people, seating may be difficult to get even though the place is HUGE with so many seats and tables. it is in Kampung Baru so it is in a very crowded area with crawling traffic and difficult parking, but it is definitely worth it to go through all that to come eat here. overall, good experience here with good food and drinks and good views of KL skyline at night, which is a very unique aspect of this food court. should come and definitely recommended👍🏼
