Con Floor not the cleanest (had to manually request a re-cleaning Musty smell from hall air-conditioners (dirty filters/not serviced for ages) Non-cordial concierge Check-in & payment system terrible. You have to Park at the lobby and meet the host inside the entrance to pay and get the parking & Suite access card. (which clogs up the entrance if everyone did that). It would've been better to allow free parking first and then meet at lobby. Management take note. The returning of deposit via online is not instant, which is backward in this day and age of duitnow and other instant transfer tech. They prefer cash for instant, which is a HUGE red flag during COVID times. Very slow internet speeds less then 40Mbps in a era where 100 - 1000 Mbps is so readily available. My 4g data was faster. Verdict: If you don't mind the minor gripes, then this place is perfect as it is in the heart of town, spacious and loads of amenities. Just ask them to do a thorough cleaning and check the air-conditioners prior...

I suggest you not book this hotel if you don't want to spoil your holiday mood. Encik Faiz, the person in charge, is very rude and should take a class in customer service. When we arrived, he said the room was not available and asked us to book another room, which required us to pay significantly more than the one we originally booked. He did not apologize, and simply stated that it was not possible. We had to find another hotel. After reading other reviews, I realized I am not the only one who has experienced this. However, I did love the location because it offers easy access to food, and there are many other hotels around. Thankfully, we found an alternative instead of paying for the worst service...

Ants crawling around the house. Stained walls. Broken taps. Discolored furnitures. Damaged furniture. Obviously this privately ruined airbnb hosted on agoda is not as stated in their ads. The building management is not doing a good job in maintaining the building. Glass windows are so dirty u can't see a thing outside. It's plain disgusting and uncan see cigarette butts outside. It's supposed to be a very nice building and room is well maintained and managed. As a host, I hope they put more effort in maintaing their own houses at least. The pool on the 51st floor offers great view. That's the only plus point I could...
