Great location, terrible service โ€” a masterclass in how to ruin a good thing Platinum Suite by Moonlight Park could have been a great stay. The location is spot-on โ€” about a 15-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, with beautiful city views and a modern building. Sounds good, right? Well, thatโ€™s where the good news ends. We booked several rooms with friends. Ours was supposed to accommodate 4 people with two bathrooms, but surprise โ€” there was only one, and the door didnโ€™t even close properly. The bathroom was awkwardly placed right between two bedrooms, which made privacy a luxury. Towels werenโ€™t fresh, and our friends had dirty bedsheets in their apartment. Lovely welcome. We checked in after midnight and had to wait around 20 minutes for the manager to come down, open the door, hand over the keys, and when asked about Wi-Fi, she simply said โ€œCall my bossโ€ โ€” then left. Honestly, printing a small info sheet with Wi-Fi details and basic instructions would solve half of this chaos. Also, hot water didnโ€™t work properly, which added to the fun. But the real masterpiece of poor planning โ€” one access key per apartment. Yes, one key for four adults. The key only allows access to your specific floor, meaning we had to constantly coordinate who could get in or out. Imagine trying to enjoy your trip while playing โ€œkey logistics managerโ€ the whole time. Our friendsโ€™ group of six even begged for extra keys and gotโ€ฆ one more. This place has everything it needs to be amazing โ€” location, view, space โ€” but the service is a disaster. It feels like management just assumes guests will โ€œfigure it out somehow.โ€ Such a waste of potential, such a shame!

Please avoid at any cost I had a reservation with them and I was shocked when they canceled my booking less than 2 hours before landing in KL. This was extremely unprofessional and left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute. The cancellation was done without any reasonable explanation or sufficient notice, which caused significant inconvenience and stress. I was left with very few options, and the alternative accommodations I found were far more expensive and less convenient. I ended up paying 4000 MYR for 3 nights in a hotel that is far from KL and expensive of course because it was last minute reservations With no compensation from the owner or the hotel management But i went to the police and submitted a report and apparently itโ€™s very common to this hotel and im not the first one to submit the report to police about them this experience has completely ruined my vacation, my plans, and my mood in the very first day of my vacation I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking with this hotel, as their last-minute cancellation policy is highly common.

Lobby was very large with a nice ambience, brightly lit, very nice smelling and well ventilated. Stayed 2 nights from the 17th to 19th June and was given an apartment on the 46th floor. Check in and out was easy but just take note that you have to give a 300 RM deposit upon Checking in which will be returned to you upon checkout. Room was very spacious, unobstructed view across the entire KL skyline. You'd love to just see the view from the night. Bathroom amenities were all provided and i enjoyed the bathtub. 2 air conditions in the living room alone to ensure you are always cool and 1 each per room. Pillows and bed were comfortable. Clean and very neat. Location was great, near to the MRT station. Nevertheless, i took Grab whenever i travel to all the malls around KL, eg; Pavillion, KLCC, Lot 10, Bukit bintang as they dont cost much. Saves a lot of time too so that you get to shop more. Overall, was very happy with the stay. 5 stars for you guys! Recommended and hope to be back.

This is the exact link name on booking.c0m||I'll explain why they are probably still highly rated, and they have numerous accommodations in KL. By the way, I paid over 6,000 pesos for this room for two nights because it was initially a 1-bedroom apartment.||On June 14, I received a WhatsApp message regarding my reservation, informing me that I needed to transfer to a condo at Axon Residence from Luxury Platinum Suites KLCC. I asked them why I needed to transfer rooms, and they said the room was under maintenance โ€“ which was a lie. ||How did I know? The same room was still available on Booking.com on that date. They downgraded my reservation from a 1-bedroom unit to a studio, and I paid the same price. Because I didn't want to argue anymore, as I'd already been traveling for two weeks, I just said yes and told them that they weren't giving me better options.||I booked a Grab from KLIA2 going to Axon, then I got another message to transfer to Lucentia Residences. It was very annoying because it meant changing locations again. I just said okay again because I was too tired to argue. I never received a single apology or empathy. So, I arrived at Lucentia and was given a very small studio room with dirty walls and dirty linens. I tried to report it to Booking.C0m customer service and didn't get any immediate help because they couldn't contact the property. So, I ended up staying in this room, which was so overpriced for what I paid. I just let it pass because I didn't want to ruin the last two nights of my travel.|I arrived back in Manila and received a notice from Booking.c0m that the owner of the property was canceling my reservation because I didn't stay with them, which I objected to, but there's been no response from Booking.com yet. The reservation got canceled, which means I can't leave a bad review for this property. This is how they can keep their rating high. I just saw one review that they probably failed to cancel, which left a review saying they are scammers.|,|So, if you are booking a hotel outside the country, it's better to stick to a traditional hotel. Lesson learned for me not to try booking a service apartment again. Please share so more people will be aware.||Check screenshots of our conversations.||Booking.com, I hope you have immediate action on...

What we saw after entering the hotel exceeded our worst expectations. Already at the reception we were greeted by old, dirty and removed furniture, which was contained as if it remembered the times of the Polish People's Republic. The service was unpleasant, and the entire lobby had problems, a musty smell.||When we got to the room, it was only worse. The walls were covered in mold, the ceilings leaked after flooding, and the furniture found as if pulled out of the trash - scratched, broken and dirty. The mattress on the towel was dirty, and the bedding was destroyed. The bathroom? A disaster! Mold, dirt, the shower so that I was afraid to enter it.||A failure when it came to completely spoiled by the occurrence of a threat. Instead of ensuring the safety and comfort of guests, everyone spreads like intruders - rude, and his way of communication is for many uses. His language is at a very high level, which makes it difficult to understand him, and at the same time it is not possible to solve the situation in a preliminary way. The atmosphere is more restrictive than a place of relaxation. Not to mention the stained cushions from the loungers and the condition of the entire pool. ||You will not be fooled by the 200 MYR deposit, after seeing the decision we decided not to pay for it and we managed. In case we could not use this deposit, the gentleman who was 50 minutes late, or sent every hour that he would be there in 5 minutes. After arrival neither be, nor me, nor kuku roar, not a word, disrespecting us, ,,served,,. Returning to the room, which was more precisely, one dirt and palm trees on all the cushions and covers. We sent photos and after a few hours they replaced, and so on some other stains. Sleeping in tents in Jordan in the desert much cleaner. |adding check-in at 15, and at 15:50 they were still cleaning our room, come on, it's hard to clean. ||that the hotel hasn't seen a renovation for at least 20 years, although there is none at the back. Everything is old, dilapidated and neglected. Instead of a comfortable stay for an overnight stay, which would not be more additional equipment. Don't waste your money - a spa on a park bench is better! Using this ,,hotel,, makes you nauseous. ||Positive reviews on...

READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING (especially if you are driving there):

You all need to know that this building is being shared by different hotel management namely Face Suites , Eastern Suites , KLCC Platinum Suites and its derivatives.

If you want to book the one that has a front counter with counter staffs then it belongs to Face Suites ( the next new building is called Face Styles ) . Anything else that uses the Platinum 1 or 2 buildings and do not have the word "FACE" in its name may belong to different management. I suspect for this Platinum Serviced Suite KLCC it's the latter.

To make the analogy simpler, let's say you have Building X with 11 rooms Eg. Room 1 to 8 belongs to Face Suite , room 9 to 10 belongs to person Eastern Suite and room 11 belong to John.

The GOOD : Since the rooms are similar since they are in the same building , the size is huge. You also have access to a swimming pool.

The BAD : if you are driving please don't park your car yet (if you book through Face Suite you can park by taking the visitor ticket and later get free parking by exchanging your ticket). If you book via this management then don't enter the carpark yet but get your room key first that has a special residence pass that allows you to now be able to park your car by entering via the residence gantry. I had to pay rm20 to exit my car as I enter via visitor gantry and then re-enter using the residence pass. Don't make the same mistake as me.

Another bad is the fact you have to communicate with your checkin staff via WhatsApp (if you don't tell them when you coming or when you leaving you will not see anybody as it's not 24h. )

In short it's more like a AirBnB kind of management.

To be honest if I am not driving I will book here again as it's much cheaper than the FACE Suite hotel management ..... Just need to undergo the hassle with the check-in and checkout....
