First of all, I must say that the quality of services is terrible & totally unacceptable at all. Right from taking the lift from car park basement to the restaurant level, the lift is very stuffy without ventilation, as we were wearing face mask, that add on to the discomfort in going up and coming down in the lift. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were belittled by the service staff that 5 of us were unable to be seated as the booking is only for 4 pax, after further deliberation with the restaurant manager, we were finally allowed to be seated in the same table, but the eatigo discount is applicable to 4 pax only and the 5th pax will be charged in full price, which was agreed, but I must say that this process is handled unprofessionally and disgracefully. As we were seated (a table behind a wall with no view at all, which is not an ideal table with KL city view that we come for ), it was about 7pm due to the earlier seats deliberation. After orders were taken, we were told that we have only until 7.30pm for last order to eatigo discount entitlement, which is half an hour time, I was completely speechless with the policy set by Deep Blue!!! We come to relax and take time to enjoy our dinner and not supposed to be cornered and pressured to beat the clock. The food were served very slow on that night, but we didn't make any fuss about it, but one very important point I must highlight is that the food were not served to all the guests in the same table at one go at the same time, instead it was served very long time one after another, and some if us had to just looked at others finished their food before we were served, truly this is something astonished me with the quality of service in an upper market restaurant. Another point really shocked me was while we were waiting for our food right after finished the orders, we were served with the bill for payment, and I have to raised my voice to chase the restaurant manager out of my sight... Haha.. Haha.. Unbelievable this thing happened in a posh restaurant, I guess the service is disgraceful and even worst than the mamak restaurants. Our dinner was supposedly a joyous occasion to celebrate my birthday, but it was ruined because of the disgusting service we encountered, which is totally unacceptable at all. A personal note to other customers, there are plenty of rooftop lounges & bars in KL city center, you may want to avoid Deep...

Its primary draw is the sweeping, uninterrupted panorama of the city, spotlighting the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower. This elevated perspective transforms a simple night out into a spectacle. The bar's design leans heavily into modern futurism, with sleek lines and a sophisticated aesthetic. This contributes to a trendy, upscale atmosphere. The dual-level layout offers distinct experiences: an indoor lounge, ideal for intimate gatherings, and an outdoor terrace, perfect for soaking in the city's energy. The music, predominantly electronic, techno, and trance, sets a vibrant, contemporary tone. Being part of The Face Suites, Deep Blue benefits from the building's overall reputation for luxurious amenities, including the famed infinity pool. This association adds to the bar's allure, making it a destination in itself. However, the experience comes with caveats. Prices are notably high, reflecting the premium location and ambiance. Crowds are frequent, especially during peak hours, potentially impacting service and comfort. Additionally, the building's elevators can experience delays, requiring patience. Deep Blue is best suited for those seeking a stylish, visually stunning night out. The breathtaking views, coupled with the chic design and lively music, create a memorable atmosphere. While the premium pricing and potential crowds should be considered, the unique vantage point and overall experience make it a worthwhile destination for a special occasion or a sophisticated evening in...
Read moreFirst of all, before we reserve a table at deep blue, we contacted a woman on friday and she’s not polite as she didnt give up proper welcome or thank you. She just cut the phone line when we say thank you. After that, when we arrived at the place, there’s no receptionist to greet us and i believe when we went inside there are 2 staff and 1 manager, when we told them we made reservations, one of the staff told us to follow her, but then the manager said we sit under … name but the other staff intervened that its not under that name. And the lady staff ask us to follow her and led us to this waiter (bald guy).the sit that we were assign was not prepare as we already plan it and book ahead for five seats. But we only got 4 seats and 4 sharing plates. When we ask him the waiter he told us unpolitely “sit first aa” like mamak style, not what we expect from a fine dining. Then when we raise our hand to reach waiters to serve us, no waiter alerted as they are not on the first floor. But suprisingly when we about to finish eating he appear, and just waited there for us to finish and to clear our table and when we need service again can’t call them, since only 2 waiters working 1st floor. I understand both of them busy but no one answering our call. We waited few more minutes for that. Also the food is great , i love the oglio olio pasta. The sceneries was ok as they only have few window that have kl tower view. Well food was overprice but its okay. Overall would prefer come to other rooftop...
