Avoid this hotel at all costs.||Room Issues:||- The microwave's open button is broken, making it unusable.||- The pans are filthy and old, rendering them unusable due to hygiene concerns.||- The cups have coffee stains; we scrubbed them properly before using.||- The bathtub had hair in it, making it too disgusting to use. It was still there on the fourth day when we checked out despite 'daily housekeeping'.||- There was no ironing board or iron, even after thoroughly checking all corners and cupboards.||- The washing machine was faulty and required pressing the power button about 20 times before it worked. I called reception for maintenance but none arrived, until the button eventually worked.||- The dryer was broken, and we had to go to reception on the third day to request a new one because I really needed to use it.||- A leaky bidet caused a puddle in the bathroom, and we had to turn it off after every use.||- The tap water tasted and smelled awful, even after boiling, so we only drank bottled water throughout our stay.||- Although the bed appeared clean, the inner duvet was filthy when held against the light. I only saw this on the last night we stayed there 4D3N and threw the covers off the bed. Explains why I felt itchy for two days, yet I thought it was due to the dust levels outside (see attached pictures).||Service Issues:||- The receptionist, Md Ali, was extremely rude and refused Apple Pay for a deposit that was not mentioned anywhere on the Hotels.com booking (300 RM). His colleague later explained it was because a refund couldn't be done for Apple Pay. However, there was no mention of a deposit required in the fully paid booking.||- Md Ali suggested I leave the hotel to find an ATM to withdraw cash, even though it was pouring rain, and I had a child with me. Only after I pointed out the heavy rain did his colleague tell him to check me in first.||- I made the payment for the tourist tax (RM 30) via debit card at the reception, and he insisted I write down my 16-digit debit card number on the receipt, to which I refused because no other hotel or merchant has ever asked me to do this. His reasoning that it is required to match the receipt and the card I used is ridiculous since I swiped it in front of him. The Trust debit card does not display numbers for a security reason.||- When I returned the next day with the deposit in cash, Md Ali asked, "Oh, so how much?" Is the deposit not fixed?||Due to the school holidays, I couldn't find another affordable room in the KL city center with a child and luggage in tow. With so many issues, I just gave up on the idea of informing hotel management; an issue or two is forgivable, but this many, is just blatant laziness and incompetence, a lack of interest in business honesty and responsibility.||Reading other reviews (which I should have done from the start instead of believing the good Google and hotels.com reviews) made me realize that requesting a refund to check out and find other accommodation would be pointless. I left a review on hotels.com via email after check in but there was no follow up. I didn't pursue the other matters due to a concern for safety for myself and my child after reading the other reviews about stolen items and burglaries at other units.||The only slightly good thing is the proximity to the Raja Chulan RapidKL station but beware of the homeless men sleeping/peeing publicly in the area. The only friendly face I saw in the whole stay was the maintenance guy who brought in the replacement dryer. Awful stay I wouldn't wish on anyone else and will stick to our other preferred apart'hotel near the Avenue K area instead.||Avoid this hotel...

cleanliness: 0 the overall room was really really dirty, and the bathroom had a musty smell from the mold which made my nose bleed by inhaling the air from inside and made me cough room: -1 we booked for a 3 night stay at E&O Residences at the room on 21st floor room number: 2112 we checked in around 7.15pm the living room airconditioning was working perfectly fine however the bedroom airconditioning was not working, called down to reception and they ushered the workers to come take a look, the service guys said it would work after an hour, went out for an hour and a half walk to come back to a non working air conditioning system... called down to reception to ask about other solutions, (it was already 11.30pm) they gave me two solutions:

  1. workers to take a look again
  2. switch rooms we decided to first view the rooms to see if the air conditioning is working, a worker took us to level 2 where the room is and we switched on the air conds and decided to wait for 30 minutes to see if it was working, so the worker was supposed to inform us but 50 minutes later there was no news about the room so i called back down to reception and then the worker only went to check, to no surprise the air cond was also not working and around 1am he came up to our original room and broke the news to us, so he said there was another room at 13a, we had already packed all our stuff expecting to move to the level 2 room however was asked to move to the level 13a room, but we were not informed and we asked to view the room for the air conditioning again however the workers attitude was really really bad and just stared at us and gave us an annoyed sigh and told us that we should just move to the level 13a room with no inspection beforehand and at first we wanted to just stay here but the attitude was really bad and service was just digustingly horrifyingly disrespectful and disgraceful so we just immediately left on the first night of not even fully staying for one night as it was already around 1am so after being disrespected by the service, we told the worker we wanted to check out immediately, so we went down to checkout and the reception's attitude was not the greatest either but we got what we needed which was our deposit and had requested a refund where we were told they would give me a two night refund (due to me wasting one night on the airconditioning being one night gone) on my debit card between 14 working business days and i was told that an email will be sent to me regarding this two night refund as something i can hold on to

this is not worth what i paid for at a rate of RM400.25 for the 1st night, RM380 for the 2nd night and RM376.70 for the 3rd night This E&O Residences has marketed itself as a "5 star" hotel however no true 5 star hotel would be this poor and for the price i would say you could book a different hotel at least they'd have cleaner rooms and working rooms and heck even better service, even an airbnb would be...

  1. Apartment Size and Comfort Level The 1-bedroom apartment is huge and comfortable. One of the largest 1 bedroom apartment in whole of KL. The very wide balcony makes the apartment feel even larger. Well-equipped kitchenette and overall modern, chic decor of the apartment room. The large standalone bathtub is a very nice touch, very good for couple
  2. Staff service attitude and promptness The frontdesk staff is friendly and always service with a smile. The concierge staff is also very obliging and helpful. Requesting a bucket of ice, booking a taxi, asking for assistance on recommendations of shopping and F&B are met with very prompt, sincere and obliging attention from the staff.
  3. Location One of the best location if you want to be near Petronas Twin Tower & Bukit Bintang. The hotel lies in between, all within walking distance. Close proximity to the Raja Chulan Monorail is a huge bonus. Around 5 minute walk to the monorail station
  4. Nearby Amenities There are convenient mart, numerous restaurants and cafe/bar around the property, making it very convenient for stayers to grab a sandwich, beer, chips or a full meal in the afternoon or evening or supper.
  5. Property Security Many security officers at entrance and within the property. Makes the occupants feel will very protected and safe. The officers looked smart, alert and professional and but also very courteous to the occupants. Thumbs-Up.
  6. Breakfast Breakfast is simple with little option (la carte set breakfast, a few choices only) I will rate it 5 as a serviced apartment, if the breakfast can be better.

A friendly advice to the Hotel Management

  1. I see a lot of family with children stay here. They, especially the young children, are all usually very excited when morning arrives, to set forth their sightseeing journey, the breakfast is like a first stop of their journey and they will be very happy to start the day with a hearty breakfast. The hotel can consider charging a little me more to improve the breakfast option and variety. This will excite the stayers, especially with family, and food is one of the important aspect of their stay that makes them come back again. The hotel is blessed with great rooms, location, professional staff and brandname, And once you improve the food, your rating should really soar. For me, I am not a breakfast guy, I usually wake up much later, skipping breakfast and go straight for lunch. But on one of that morning, I went to the San Franciso Cafe, where the breakfast is served, to grab a coffee, I can feel the disappointment of the family travellers on the spartan variety of breakfast. The Cafe is small but trendy. Children like it so much, so improve the breakfast and the adults will truly rate this hotel very highly.

Overall: Truly Great Stay. Will definitely recommend to friends in Singapore and come back...

Filthy dirty hotel!! I would not recommend Cons *Bed was filthy. Blood, sweat stain, and black hair ALL throughout the underlayers of the 'freshly made bed'. Neither my husband nor I have black hair. We found this on day 3 of a 4 day stay and immediately called the manager to the room. He agreed that he would not want to sleep in that bed. No further conversation was offered regarding us sleeping in that filth for days before we checked out. *White something splattered on the bedside tables and bedhead - see pics *room wasn't cleaned at all. Only the bed made - splatters on fridge and bathroom mirrors for 3 days until we pointed it out to the manager when he came to our room. *Balcony with no table or chairs on it - what's the point of a balcony if you can't sit out there. *breakfast was one of 2 restaurants outside front of the hotel and didn't include milk in your coffee - black tea and coffee ONLY. I had to pay for my coffee every morning despite "breakfast included" - go to Glass tartine and tipples over the other one as it's MUCH better. *pool towels aren't provided. You use your room towel then have to call reception and wait up to 30 minutes for them to come up to your room where you hand them your 2 towels and they give you 2 fresh ones back. You can not shower after the pool. Instead, you have to sit around in a wet towel waiting for housekeeping to arrive. * No hair-dryer point in the bathroom, so you'll have to stand in the bedroom, which has no mirror in it, to dry your hair. What? * No welcome pack for the room to tell you how anything works. *Passive aggressive signs outside telling you what no to do. Don't put lawn chairs on the grass. Don't put anything over the balcony. Don't do this, and that - it makes it feel unwelcoming. * There are about 15 chairs by the pool for hundreds of guests in towers, so don't plan on hanging by the pool all day cos you can't. *everytime we went to reception, even to ask the simplest of questions, we waited about 10 minutes as there was 1 person (usually a very helpful and friendly man) who just needed more help with the influx of guests. *1 English speaking channel on the TV that was so distorted you couldn't watch it. * The bathroom and separate toilet both have a small step in them in black, so you couldn't even see it. Both my husband and I tripped up and down it multiple times, hurting ourselves. *Aircon control was broken when we arrived, which had to be replaced. *run down and poorly presented rooms that had little maintenance done on them. Basically, this place is not a 5-star standard. It's too run down. I think it's a 3 at best. I'd give it a 0 for the blood and sweat stained, hair bed we slept in for 3 days - it still makes me sick thinking about it, and it's been a week since we left. Pros Good location - that's about it.

We are stayed at E&O Residences in Tower 2 on a high floor. The 2 bed suites with a small office room. The room is lovely and spacious, and well appointed. Staying on a serviced apartment basis the apartment is cleaned three times per week on Mon, Wed and Friday, with toiletries top ups each time (even when not necessary) We have been very pleased with the lovely pool and gym area, friendly staff (security, concierge, cleaners, reception) There are of course minor areas for improvement: -Cleaning of dust on high level surfaces is none existent, the fans, door frames and high shelves are dusty - The furniture is well used, with some door handles and catches not operating - The ironing board is small and iron of a lower quality, adequate but perhaps not befitting the star ratinh -The air conditioning is challenging to operate - The office room is within the centre of the apartment and with no windows, with the door closed it is an echoy room -The wifi is limited to 4 devices and requires re signing in regularly. It is not suitable for smart speakers and any device not capable of a browser login. I obtain speeds of approximately 10Mbps download on a good day -The TV is not a smart TV and as you cannot link a non browser device, more challenging for watching content - Old iPod dock hifi with no auxiliary input or Bluetooth - No clothes horse, drying rack despite a washing machine - Balcony noisy due to Aircon plant located above and below it on each floor, though sound insulation with door closed is decent - Pool closes at 10pm so no late swims possible. - Gym decent, maximum dumbell weight is 25kgs so the stronger amongst us may look elsewhere. -As is common with most places, only a few coat hangers - Kitchen equipment basic, but sufficient, with water provided and constant drinkable water and ice from the spacious fridge/freezer Any issues, staff are very attentive but obviously are limited in what they can do regarding certain facilities.

Came back for 3d2n break. I'm sorry but my review has change...everything was different compare with before. We faced hiccups 20 minutes after we checked in. The water pipe was pecah so after quite awhile waiting for the maintenance guy to come, water was all over the living room, once they come decided to off the water. We just arrived and we cannot shower, sholat, use toilet, washing dishes, etc. very disappointed. By midnight, this problem finally settled. On our last day, normally they will let me use the room until after zuhur. My requested got rejected rudely. I mean I didn't even complained abt the pipe eventho it's quite trouble for us, I've been understand enough n tried to swallow it, but is it have to be that rude?! I can't accept it. The unit no. 1125 (E&O) is not as good. Smaller unit compare with st.Mary, No Netflix, no broom, found trash/dirty in most of the drawers, dirty kitchen floor, smelly wardrobe, 1 tv remote is not working, dining table lights is red (weird) but mostly I can't accept RUDE STAFF, no matter how fab the place is, I don't care, I'm not happy 😑😕😠 Everything was perfect!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍 Definitely will come again. Suitable for my family. Suitable for short getaway. The view, the spacious, the kitchen, the master bedroom, the master bathroom, the swimming pool, the security, the surrounding... Everything! Everything was just Perfect for us🌼 Lovely 6D5N 🥰 I wish I could say the opposite so none of you would come.. so I can enjoy the place only for me... HaHaHaHa(evil laugh) Surrounding also convenient for us, mamak cafe, emart24, san Francisco coffee just on the ground floor. Walking distance to the Loaf, a bit further to the main road, you could reach Banglo289, family mart etc... KLCC just 5min drive, every Friday they have Food Bazzar whole stretch of the road... Omg!! It's just heaven! Again.. too many good things..I wish I could say the opposite 😉😆😂
