St Mary Residences — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

It was a great place to live for 10 years, but 7 apartment break-ins over the past 3 months has dulled the experience. The security is a joke and the property management office just laughs out loud at all the concerned residents. So called up-scale, high-end living where your front door gets crowbarred open whenever you turn your back. Live here and be prepared for the worst.

St Mary Residence is still the best kept apartment complex in KLCC. The grounds are immaculate, the apartments are double the size of other apartments in KLCC. Last year there were some issues which have since been resolved. The location is very close to Suria, Pavilion, Twin Tower, Jalan Alor Street Food Market, there are ample local eateries some of which are in the Michelin guide book. A once premium residence now needing major refurbishment with holes in furniture and finishing falling apart. Kitchen equipment cheap, sparse and barely usable. Pool and surround kept well. No service other than every 3rd day cleaning, completely snotty security if you arrive by taxi. Location good as 10 minutes walk in each direction to major malls.
