Read moreThe so called owner, am Indian female was super rude. I have been a loyal customer to this restaurant since they have opened. Not only she was rude, she shouted at me.
The restaurant was closed on a Saturday at 12.20pm. when I asked, she said only take aways are available because they are short of staffs. I casually asked her why aren't they hiring. She gave a very racist answer, saying that Malaysians don't come for work and they always run away. This was a bad stereotyping about locals. As a true Malaysian, I cannot take this comment lightly. I told her that they just need to be a better employers and screen the employees properly before hiring them. I told them they have to do the necessary to hire locals as well and cannot depend solely on immigrant workers especially during this current situation. This was the trigger. She hated that I was giving my opinions expressed and suggestions in front of her employees. I told her that why don't they update their Google status saying they are only open for take away.
I told her that we drive long way and park our cars at proper parking spot after circling for good 20 minutes. When we finally reach the restaurant, it is so disappointing that no done in available. It's frustrating. And this is my encounter. Last week, they were closed for dinner time too. They reopened at 7.30pm.
I honestly told her that if this keep happening, no one will return to this restaurant. And she had the audacity to shoot at me saying "thank you, please don't next time". Is this how they treat a customer who is nothing but been loyal to them?
They might be a big franchise who has lots of restaurants around the world, but their big chunk of business does come from respective locals. I just have a big question. Would they responded the same way if this was in Dubai? Are Malaysians...

From the moment I entered, the warm and inviting ambiance set the tone for a wonderful dining experience. The aroma of spices wafting through the air was tantalizing, hinting at the culinary delights to come. The decor beautifully reflects South Indian culture, creating an atmosphere that feels both authentic and welcoming.
I was fortunate enough to be served by Sivakumar, whose attentive and friendly service elevated my meal. He guided me through the menu with expert knowledge, passionately describing the different biryani options. I opted for the Dindigul biryani, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Each bite revealed tender, fragrant rice perfectly infused with spices, and succulent pieces of marinated meat that melted in my mouth. The balance of flavors was impeccable, with just the right amount of heat to excite the palate without overwhelming it.
Accompanying the biryani were delicious sides, including raita and spicy pickles that complemented the dish wonderfully. Sivakumar’s recommendations were spot on, and his enthusiasm for the food made the experience even more enjoyable.
