I stayed at this 3-star budget hotel and was blown away by what it offers. It offers 4 to 5 star facilities at an unbelievably low price (I paid less than RM50 per night!). The location is perfect between KL Sentral and TRX, with easy access to the city. The hotel exterior may not be convincing, but once inside, it's a completely different story!
The lobby looks amazing, nothing like a budget hotel. Check-in was smooth, requiring a RM50 deposit. And to my surprise, there were staff available to assist with luggage, which is a rare touch at this price! Now, talking about the room, it is very spacy. Just look at the size in the picture! It came fully equipped with everything you’d expect from higher-end hotels: wardrobe, sofas, mini office area, fridge, safe deposit box, full-size mirror, water heater.
One of the biggest highlights was the bathroom, which felt like it belonged in a 5-star hotel. It had a bathtub, rain shower with hot & cold water as well as lemongrass shower foam and peppermint shampoo. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the toilet bowl to the sink.
Now, a few minor downsides which didn’t even affect my stay. Limited parking spaces (Luckily I found a spot right in front of the hotel) No toothbrush provided (I always bring my own, so this wasn’t an issue) TV was not functional (I just watched Netflix on my phone) No instant coffee or sugar (Not a dealbreaker for me)
Overall, If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay in KL that doesn’t compromise on comfort, this is the perfect choice. Highly...

I stayed at this hotel from June 16 to 17. During the night, I was bitten by an insect on my finger. A few hours later, I started feeling very sick, and all my joints became extremely painful. Since then, I have been to the hospital twice for treatment, but the medication hasn’t helped or cured me.
I returned to the hotel to ask for assistance in identifying what bit me. They asked me to wait for about 15 minutes and then told me they couldn't find the insect. They didn’t offer any further help, and I felt completely helpless.
I'm currently in Kuala Lumpur on vacation with my family, but because of this incident, I haven’t been able to enjoy my trip or do...
Read moreA total fraud. Advertised a swimming pool. Upon arrival, they stated that that wasn't functional. When I stated that they should either reduce the cost for misguidance or only charge for one day as I'd like to leave. They kept on saying, "Wait, wait, wait." I contacted them at least 12 times and called their so-called reservation centre that's actually a call centre. Initially, they dropped my call midway. Then procrastinated for 2 days and never called me back. Even to trip.com, they didn't respond for 2 days. Their manager arif stated that if trip asked them they'd refund, despite trip asking them, they didn't reply late until the next day. The young receptionist would make up excuses at the drop of a hat. Initially, they put me in a stinking room. The smell was unbearable. Initially, they tried to fob me off, but upon repeated complaints, he moved me to another room. No toiletries, no amenities. Filthy neighbourhood, with rubbish all over the place on the footpaths. No shops or atm or restaurants nearby. The worst part that I noticed was that the smell was probably from the fumes of the crematorium just opposite the hotel. Stinking was from burning corpses? Terrible place. Terrible people, ...
