Hotel Grand Orchard — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

The location of the hotel is okay but the hotel looks old and need to be upgraded, they give us room with damage tv and especially the receptionist “the big indian black girl” and “the old girl” is not very good in entertaining costumers especially us filipino. The big indian black girl always mocking us in leaving the key at the counter, she always finds a way to irritate us costumers. And im giving 1 rating for them. No water supply，even you want to shower also no have water to keep your hygiene, the property owner just give you excuse due to the government in contruction process so no water

but they dont receive inform from government？ or they even dont tell customer there are no water supply ，i thought j traveling at India？even the third country or countryside they also got water supply

so please lahh ，inform early to your customer，dont scam...
