This is the worst experience ever! The front desk was poorly managed. Only two guys there and they don’t even have a computer. They can’t even speak proper English. Need to self-check in which is fine. The lift took forever to get one most of the time! No toilet paper from the first day. I texted the front desk guy and they said they will bring it right up but no. Next day I went to front desk - no one. When we were back at night - no one again! I texted again when I was back to the room, they said I should call them instead of texting! And they would bring it right up. Of course they didn’t again The other next day, I went to front desk again at evening. Still no one there. I saw some toilet paper in a trolley and texted them see if I can grab some and they said I couldn’t take them. I called, they picked up the call. Then THEY * HUNG UP ON ME! Then they texted they would send the next day. They didn’t of course! Until the last day, we still got no toilet paper! They would only change towels once every 3 days and you need to request for it. There’s no cleaning which was fine but there’s no rubbish bin outside or anywhere on the floor. We just kept the rubbish for 5 days. The hot water boiler didn’t always work. It didn’t work for the first 2 nights. The room was fine with two double beds, a kitchen, a toilet (fairly hygiene) and a balcony. Clean and spacious. Read moreBeen Kicked out of the room because we complained about the aircon not being cool.. They couldn't provide another room.. Or give us a room with good aircon.. We were willing to wait 30 minutes for the aircon to cool.. Still failed.. Even because there were 3 children.. 11..10 and 7 years old including the wife sleeping in the room.. We were kicked out.. The reason for 2 pax from the booking was used as an excuse.. We explain stay will only 1 mum and 3 kids only without extra bedded requested. No warning.. No mention for only penalty as additional pax.. They said we broke the rule.. While they couldn't provide the facility and fix the damage.. No refund.. We were kicked out in the middle of the night.. Checked in 11pm 1st..kicked out 1220am 2nd..only an hour and a half in the room.. Had to sleep in the car for a while.. There was absolutely no humanity in their attitude. Too much deception from their side to agoda And agoda supports them from us regular vip platinum customers. Aircon broken. Said it was cold.. Staff said we were rude to him.. No raised voices.. Read moreCheck in timing is at 3pm, we came at 2.45pm, the lockers which supposed to have the keys was empty, staff came and say room is still cleaning.
Waited till 3.45pm, still have not check in, messaged them slow replies, keep saying the staff is coming since 3.24pm.. Whole family had to wait cluelessly wait at the lobby.
(Update) Upon check in, only have 3 queen size beds although we booked an apartment for 8, bed sheets seems used and unchanged, extension wire is spoiled, requested for extra beds, no replies and updates from them.
And just look at their replies towards customers saying that we are demanding to check in at 2.45, we waited patiently from 2.45 to 3.15, everyone was frustrated hence we called and texted to ask for an update.
No matter you’re a resident apartment or a hotel, at least keep to your words of 3pm check in time, that’s the basic aren’t it, and not making us wait till 3.45pm to check in
