The rooms are really small. Think prison cell size and since I didn't have a window, it definitely reminded me of what I imagine a prison cell looks like--without the cellmate. The shower area is simple and convenient. It seems hotel private bathrooms are a commodity in KL, so I consider myself lucky in that respect. The room had ac, fan & flat screen tv but the cable tv or movie channels are sparse and play the same movies over and over. The staff was really nice and although I saw a bug or two, thankfully I didn't have any issues with bedbugs. If this was a problem prior to Dec 2017, I am happy they took care of the problem. The location is great, very central. Right in the thick of Chinatown, surrounded by many food options, western & Asian. It's also close to the central rail station and right across from a mall. Read moreGood budget hotel, at a great central location, on Petaling street in the heart of Chinatown...and at exactly 400 meter distance is the GO KL bus stand, a free bus service to take you all over the downtown area!|My room was very compact but clean enough with fresh smelling sheet and pillow...complete with a flatscreen tv (local channels only though) and airconditioning...the attached bathroom was ok too...towel and soap provided!|Downstairs in the reception area there is hot/boiling water available around the clock, bring your own cup and coffee/tea though...|Also, be aware, there is no elevator, leave those heavy suitcases at home :-)|But these are all small details, if you consider the low room rate...|In short, I would definitely book...

Your service is very bad especially picking up phone ,i was asking how much ur room rate and also about the facilities late check in and check out ,but there s lady picking up my call around 2.15pm on 6/6/16, she was being so rude reply me and cut off my line for no reason and scolded me badly for asking her alot of things to make her feel uncomfortable. Is this the way ur customer service talking to ur guest without thinking and being so rude. please kindly trainee ur staff to talk with professional way to ur guest if u want ur hotel business to be good ,if no there s no point u hire a staff with unprofessional and losing money in...
