The way that the fat lady in black uniform was talking to me like she was ready to pick a fight with me i did not like her attitude while talking to me like i am a foreign trash . i could really answer her but i am an educated person, otherwise i could unleash the bad side of me and i dare her if she can do a thing about it . please make sure when i come again i won't see her at counter, the other staff are super ok and very polite, and better not to be at counter at all since she is not well trained, i won't accept any apology though just make sure she is not there, better she retake some courses about how to treat foreign nationals and do Customer Service well, i did not come dine in to get insulted by a stupid lady, and i don't care who she is, she doesn't owe Texas Chicken, if i face such a stupid attitude again i will go even further and file a complaint to the HQ to deal with her and other impolite manager.
