Taman Eko Rimba KL — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

I went here twice and both times also, close and not allowed to go in. I went before 4.30pm and they said already close due to got maintenance work. I could accept if it happen once, but this happens twice. Please update to your website if you are close for the day or else nobody knows. How do you run a business? We waste our time to come all over here, and we dont mind paying at all but what kind of service is this? Atleast publish it to the public if it were to closed early, there was not just us but i saw some foreigners as well being disappointed having to seen your closed signage at the lobby when it was still early. Please upgrade!! Dont waste peoples time, this was so ridiculous! People went to support and wanting to bond with nature, but you guys just easily says, sorry we are closed when your website still published it was open for visit. Ridiculous and truly...

Quite expensive for what it is (RM40 for tourists). Signs are not very clear it’s easy to start walking down a “trail” then it leads to nothing and you have to go back in yourself. A park map would be useful. The only thing that is okay is the canopy walk but again the signs pointing to it aren’t clear that it actually starts right behind the main ticket office. A nice place to chill out. A bit of a strenuous trek to get there but well worth the effort. Shelters provided in case of rain and seating a plenty. Spoilt somewhat by a few inconsiderate muppets who left discarded plastic water bottles, various bits of plastic and a sole from a shoe. Why oh why can people carry bottles and plastic bags to precious places like this and not take them home or place them in the trash bins provided ???? Leave no trace...
