Misleading five-star reviews for this restaurant.

1. The stir fried chilli paste siakap was dry.
2. The stir fried eggplants soy sauce was salty.
3. The spicy coconut gravy prawn was bland. After our visit, i noticed this restaurant already had several bad reviews and my experience was consistent with those. Sadly, the restaurant self-claimed to be the ‘premium’ malay cuisine.

Services need serious improvement.

1. Rude waiter. One of the waiter took away the unopened carbonated drink from our table while we were still looking at the label on the drink…even before our food was served.
2. No-manner kind of waiter. Repeatedly ask to take away our plates…eventhough we were clearly still eating.
3. Staring kind of waiter. Is staring at eating customers a norm for this restaurant?

I would say that the waiter who took our order was helpful and polite.

Sadly, me and my siblings overall experience today consistent with those low rating reviews.

I wonder if the google five star review results from the complimentary bubur kacang..that we refused to have as it is not to our liking.

I hope for others to make wiser choice when deciding...

the food tasted okay, the only downside to it was that the order that they took werent the food that ive asked for. okra but i specifically asked for no chilli, and no spicy, alas, it had chilli and was spicy. ordered two ice lemon tea, only one came, the other somehow managed to go to the other neighboring table without us knowing, we then proceeded to ask where the other ice lemon tea was after a solid 10 minutes, and one of the workers said “oh hantar ke meja lain”, took the glass from said neighboring table and gave it to us, expecting us to drink a beverage that has already been given to a different customer. i assume the customer hasn't drink it as the straw was still intact and wrapped in paper but restaurants should have common and decent hygiene ethics. especially when its consumable to your customers. i expected them to give me a new one but they placed it right on our table, i didnt say anything as i was speechless. my friend had ordered bandung cincau and he had complained, saying it wasnt sweet. id say id come here again but overall, my first experience here wasnt up to my expectations so for...

I don’t usually leave bad reviews on social but this time I will. Went to here for the first time today with my family. It’s a Cili Kampung style restaurant. Menu and prices about the same.

👎🏻 before we went because I knew it’s an all-spicy food place, I asked them at booking if I can order a non-spicy fried rice from the menu they shared with me. It was for my child. They said yes. The booking was at 1PM. Got there and they said those fried food are only available at 3PM. I did make a point and told the waiter they told me it was available and I would not have come if it wasn’t. My face went first. Can’t help it.

👎🏻 wanted to order Siakap sambal petai, kailan, bendi goreng, beef soy sauce. They were all not available. Finished they said. So you open at 11AM and you’re out of food at 1PM? Gotta be kidding me.

👎🏻 ordered the only two types of vegetables they had out of four or five options but they forgot the order.

👎🏻 in terms of the taste of the food, it was just ok. It’s not better than Cili Kampung. Not even close.

First and last. Will not be going...
