Si tratta di una vasca circolare con al centro un getto d'acqua continuo che cadendo crea degli zampilli. Sul perimetro si trova una siepe bassa attaccata al basamento e un marciapiedi con aiuole e panchine protette da alti alberi che offrono un'ottima ombra durante le calde giornate di sole. Molte persone, soprattutto turisti, affollano ogni giorno questa zona che è uno dei punti d'interesse della Valletta.
